First of all let me say very frankly being a citizen of India people have very poor opinion about the bureaucracy due to consistent corruption which took place during last few years. in this case it can be said that let us start under private sector and set a stander which must be followed after that it can be shifted under Gov/public authorities and made sure that same level of stander is followed . by this way we can achieve our goal

Respected Sir, both public sectors and private sectors can do the job but public private partnership may be more efficient. Below are benefits
1. Private sector will carry out field work and Govt. will monitor
2. Unemployed Skilled youths can be hired for training - this can also lead to community development.
3. As Govt Machinery will be monitoring , funds for the program can be optimised and utilized by investing in technology.
Space is less ..so I will have to conclude.

Respected Sir, if govt. /public authorities make sure to do something better with the serving manners and keeping in mind the happiness of public along with public servants than nobody will stop the development of our country. An example is PMJDY. But in PMJDY nobody is taking pain for bank employees working at grassroots level. No leave-No holidays- than how could you say it’s a grand success when the people who are doing their work, are not happy. Sir, bring the smile on the face of general public but also bring the smile on the face of those peoples who are actual reason behind the happiness. Skill will automatically develop by using small steps in public sector no need to be undertaken by private sector.

Skill development is ofcourse very much important for development of a country. But it is shame on us that we only give respect to the skilled people who are in the high profile area like computer, engineering job etc. But for low profile skilled area job like fitter, plumber, mechanic etc which are very much essential in our life do not attract people because of less respect and money in those professions. We even do not behave well with them which need to be reviewed by all.

Patna should immediately have a metro rail service to get rid of it notoriously monstrous traffic jam problems. Entile vity gets gilled up with poisnous exhaust from diesel autos plying on the city roads. Diesel autos shouls immediately be banned to protect the health of Patnites. Metro, widening of city roads and running of high capacity city buses will go a long way in improving the city life.
