The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

sir all our universities should change their course all type of education . example i had graduated from vtu belgaum karnataka.which has 4 years technical course in which 1year is waste of time because i use to study all type of subjects from all different branches . which is not needed example i am joined for chemical engg but they will teach me about electronics ,which i am not interested .instead they must start my 2nd year course as 1 year course and my 4th year course should be full i yr.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT EXERCISE SHOULD BE UNDERTAKEN BY THE PRIVATE SECTOR WITH A STRONG STANDARD FRAMEWORK OF TRAINING SET UP AND MONITORED BY THE GOVT. IT WILL LEADS TO LESS COST, BEST TRAINED OUTPUT TO THE MINING SECTOR.

I share with millions people to convey the deepest gratitude to our Hon'ble PM NaMo Ji for remembering and paying tributes to one of the greatest freedom fighter and Iron Man of Son of the Soil Sardar Patel on his birth anniversary.India had such kind of great leaders who sacrificed life for the cause of the Nation.More than 60 years of rule Congress Party only promoted Nehru and Gandhi family and not even Mahatma Gandhi's philosophy in practice. Now,it is time to focus our real history at the root level preferably in the school syllabus and do much more awareness programmes through print and electronic media.Thank You NaMo Ji to lead us with courage for making a change.Best regards.

Chunki muzhe hindi typing to aati hai lekin jis tarah se hindi me likhne ki suvidha is portal par uplabdh hai usme asuvidha jaada hai isliye kahna chahata ki hindi me likhne ke liye hame apna "manpasand prachalit font" chunne ki suvidha mile taki "man ki baat" dil se likhi ja sake. धन्यवाद।
