The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Revelation of Black Money Names disclosure may lead to distrust of other countries governments on India because there had been an internal agreement which mentions the clause of confidentiality and non-disclosure of account holders name in Public/Courts. Only Investigating team can reveal if they found any one guilty. I am with BJP and trust them.

Black Money-All the name should have been revealed before any intervention 2.Govt formation in Delhi -Not able to understand why BJP is indecisive over formation of Govt in Delhi. If you have the number form the Govt or let the election happen.

Imam Bukhari jaise deshdrohiyo pe bahut saare cases chal rahe hai, UPA ne to vote bank ke liye inka kuchh nahi bigada, ab to inpe karyvahi honi chahiye, if Nawaj Sharif Visits India on invitation of Bukhari, Indian govt. must not take responsibility of that and no any govt. officials or politicians should go to receive him, this visit must declared sharif's personal visit, let the things happen it's own way.

1. Transport Ministry must have an eye on these matters, in bangalore 2. Urban development ministry is also not doing up to the mark, neither for Swachh Bharat nor for Infrastructure, in bangalore. 3. Rural development is also an imp. matter and action needed in heigh priority i.e. Electricity, Water, Roads, Schools, Hospitals, Toilets. 4. Due to unemployment Crime increases day by day, Jobs are also needs to be created, skilled training/education is very Imp to make people employable.

The black money generation can be reduced drastically simple by making the police force efficient which can be done by changing the color of their uniform to that of the British Police. Color therapy although a lesser known one had established that repeated exposure to Khaki color makes its user selfish which in reality is inefficient. For the research paper on this, may kindly send a test mail to npradhan@vizagsteel.com

Mining sector must be nationalized/totally regulated in a way as RBI regulates the financial sector. All consumers then can be given the products at the same price. But efficiency of the sector should be ensured. Mining mafias had done enough harm to the people by luring them by their wealth apart from controlling the entire system of our national life. China controls the steel market by such principle.

1. People are waiting for reform in income tax slab, 2. In our salary structure since last so many decades Conveyance Allowance is only Rs.800.00, even though fuel prise increased so many times,no body can travel even in public transport for one month by spending Rs. 800.00. only, govt. is ignoring private sector workers who has voted and supported allot to make Modi Govt. 3.If fuel price up then transport fare goesup immediately, prices are down fares not goes down so fast, states must act.

It should be Private Sector without doubt, and it can be taken up by the companies which are involved in mining. We can actually mandate this to companies which are allocated the responsibility for these mining. This will be encouraging for companies as they are the ones who will benefit in term of skilled labor availability.
