The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

sir, both should be allowed to develop skill development but must follow strict guideline given by authority and quality of education must be maintained. Their is need of regular updation of training course with new technology. Their should be monitoring committee who maintain the quality of training. If only one is allowed to undertake the training, then their is chances of monopoly of system & it will end with no results.

For opening of a small scale industry in India we have to go to various Dept (State Govt & Central Govt). This takes much time & more corruption. If we will have single window system it will be better for the small entrepreneur and corruption can also be avoided.

Sir, it should be undertaken by the private sector. Major Mining area are located in the intense area of the country and govt. machinery is totally failed in that areas. Through this assignment some candidates also get the opportunity to learn through professionals.

The Government should watch the Labour Health Conditions at site, as Private companies are taking a hard jobs and even not paying good money, also the one leave should be compulsory for all labour in any company, as some private companies are dictating to work on even saturday or sunday.... with out any comp off leave .

Respected PM ji, Coal mining and coal distribution should be with government. I am 100% sure you can form a policy where no Govt official or minister can do scams. Govt can earn crores of money with its hand held mining structure.

Food & Drinks development, must be made by India and Indians only. Avoid multinational brands, except getting technology, not their name brand. Eg. Coco Cola vs our own Sosio (Used to be). There should be restriction on foreign exchange draining products. We shoul make and franchise to developing world with proper marketing and expanding. We are the only country who has world test and we can cater to the future world with our test.

Honorable Prime Minister, Why the Tamilnadu Government selling liquor while it is offence to sell drugs as per law? Is law different for the people and the government? The Central Govenment must intervenne in this and take necessary action against the TASMAC. This is my kind request. Money ( Profit ) should not be considered bigger than the health of the people. Thank you, Akilan K
