As it is the skill development scheme, it should be handed over to private people. Private companies have much of skills lying beneath, also, that encourages job creation. The basic reason for handing the task in private people is TRAINING AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT. Govt can reduce the cost of hiring and make way for incentives to be given to the good workers as well as good private players. Govt can think over this. Thank You..

During Election in newspaper i read that some politicians voted from some place and last year they were voted from another place
But if m try to vote from different place, they will ask my election card, address, city. After verifying that they suggests me to vote from my city or place, Even army soldiers also cant post their vote without signature of their head
why only politician and big personalities can vote from any place they want, why common man don't have permission of this ?

My message is to our beloved PM. Sir please have a surprise visit to haridwar & reshikesh. there is no administration at all in these sacred places. huge garbage is lying at the holy ganga just before the entry of har ki paudi. the situation is so pathetic that you yourselves will be shocked to see. lot of international tourists are visiting these places and the local administration must take utmost care of these sacred places.

I think to develop India It should be undertaken by Govt. of India like PPP model. Because if it'd be in private sector only then there may increment in corruption or may be some eligible person may stay away from this program or there may be a huge possibility of demands of huge fee for the program.
Therefore, I think it should be either entirely taken by the Govt. or it should be based upon PPP model.

good morning India
I am agree with ideas of PM Narendra Modi and I supports all ideas
from his various ideas their is one idea as "changing India"
If we want to change India, then we have to change rules. In India their are different rules for common people and different rule for politics or IP persons

Skill development in mining sector must be undertaken by Government and Public Sector authorities. Private sectors are not reliable because they are thinking about only profits because of that they increase only quantity but not quality. So it will be better in hand of Govt and Public sector.

For changing India into a new developed countryGovt. must change the education system in India. Now students are studying only to get marks in exams ,Not for their skill development. Noethe education system is dumping byard with 100 types of boards and the field of education is only a field to make money for many. They are not bothered about the development of students. Now how many exam boards are there in India? CBSE ICSE NCERT &hundred of state boards. Let there be sigle board by goverment
