Dear Modiji,
I am a lucky person that I had a chance to cast my vote for PM and make a difference for my country even if I am living overseas since years. There are many young Indians on this planet who are still citizen and who wished to vote but where not able to vote because there is no way that they could vote being away from India. Please do something that helps people to cast their vote online, by email or sms and feel proud by making their side contribution for their own India,
-Yogesh

i think maximum resource utilisation should be our mission the sector should be open for both private and public companies govt. should focus on the right labour condition and the best minimum wage is achieved by the worker who is really helping building the economy as they are the force behind the success of any sector which can easily cut on the forex expenditure and building reserves and we are making the right trickle effect by improving conditions policies is people working towards the goal

Initially by government and immediate induction to industry for practical training. Skills should be evaluated by a reputed government and industry expert council for certification of the individuals based on his knowledge and skills acquired during training. A common notification should be announced for filling of various posts in this sector based on the marks obtained in the training. Selection should be done purely based on marks obtained during training.
