Dear Sir,
Please restrict the CITU, INTUC, BMS etc out side union involvements in the Factory union affairs.
These elements are purely working on their personal agenda. No manufacturing will be able to run their business under the clutches of these selfish drivers. Lot of time they misguide the workers of the company and provoke them to go on strike for silly issues. Please curb this immediately. Mfg will grow in India

Hello Sir,
Now a days one more issues are for common man is to find a proper hospital or a good doctor in rural or urban area. I had a experience in this issue on time of emergency. The people or the patient is not able where to go first. Bcoz govt hospitals are not well equipped and privates are expensive.
My Idea is, in a town or a village by merging these we can save the life's.
So many small clinics or hospitals are there and misleading the patients and it may cause for more damages.

Sir, Skills Development in Mining sector is to be imparted by Pvt sector. However evaluation of skills and certification is to be done by Public Sector- without which he can not be employed.Public & Pvt sectors running the mine fields are to compulsorily run Skills Development Centres including practical training in the mines. Apprenticeships to be encouraged. If attestation of workers is done by experts strictly as per standards and corruption-less , the quality of HRD of Mines improve well.

We have to stop segregating private and Govt. Each has to do it's part. Govt. must start, set the ball rolling, work through its PSUs like Coal India, NMDC, GMDC and set up skill training centers with the help of Mining Machinery manufacturers. Let the youth enroll for the training programs for a fee that can be given to them as a loan.

First of all there should be an annual Geological conference held. There are various people, big contributors in India who have invested Billions abroad in the mining sector. In this conference the Govt can actually come up with a consolidated list of ideas and the same can be taken forward in a PPP manner. But looking at the functioning of Geological Survey of India, I feel it shall be wise that we enrich the Research and Development of the office and then proceed with mining.
