The skill development exercise should be taken care by Pvt sector. Bcoz
1) . skill develompent teacher need to upgrade frequently which is not happened in govt sector. Again if pvt sector not working good then this work can be given to other pvt sector which has
greater potential.
2) By appointing govt employee cost to much whereas pvt sector can do the same job in less money.
3) As we see the interest of govt employee to the work is decreased which is directly affect the learner.
