In all types of industries government should only act as facilitators and as regulators. They should encourage private sector for all kinds of activities in industrial sector.Government involvement should be minimum in industry be it mining or telecom.

POVERTY IN VILLAGE THE KEY POLLUTER:
We cannot talk of Swachh Bharat, ignoring what happens in our village where poverty is the greatest polluter.
Finally, we have to consider the state of our villages where the 70 per cent of India lives. Can we talk of Swachh Bharat ignoring what happens in our villages where poverty is the greatest polluter? Can any scheme of cleaning up our village be viable if, for example, We do not provide village children access to high- quality schools? Doesn’t education, including vocational education, provide the greatest resource for alleviating poverty? Thus, to think of Swachh Bharat as an achievable objective would be a folly unless equal emphasis is laid on several other objective such as high-quality universal education.
If prime minister is serious about Swachh Bharat, he must provide leadership in converting what is a slogan into a viable multi-faced programme, no matter how difficult or challenging it is going to be.

I would inform you that Builders robbery is increasing very rapidly because there is no Regulatory authority as off now to control them and a common man who so ever invested their hard earn money for buying Flat/Plot/Shop for their livelihood, the way of court is too difficult for a common man due to long time taking and huge monetary consumption process ,So I would request you kindly understand the pain point of common man Pl. enforce a concrete law and regulatory authority to control Builders.

when we can have quality institutes producing world beating engineers, scientists, doctors & management gurus, why can't such institutes be prepared & run by public sector autonomously like the IIMs & IITs? private partnership must be welcome but bringing skill development to the ordinary man can not be achieved by the private sector unless leashed to regulate the training fees & regulated practices
