To built 25-30 MW solar power in every taluka place in next 6 months to give cheap power to farmers and rural people. We can reduce coal / gas import. This policy can work very fast . We can also participate with our government. We can get green energy/ carbon credit and reduce huge transmission / distribution losses.

To avoid the black money we must bring the policy
1. Cancel all 500/1000 notes by replacing 200/300 notes .2) refund all money by taking 50% tax and balance should be route by cheques only3) no question / enquiry against the black money holders. 4) to do this in short term basis for6-12 months only. After 1 year all 500/1000 notes will be cancelled. This money should be declare as public funds and must be utilised in infrastructure.

Dear hon. PM sir my suggestion for skill development in India is to strengthen the industrial training institution by running only one scheme in all over India ie.Craftsman Training Scheme under DGE &T. Advance machinery and expet staff should be provided to each and every trade & unit. All other schemes in I.T.I.except CTS should be closed. More trace should be given to craftman training scheme by regular inspection , evaluation and monitoring by state Govt officer on the ground zero field .

To
The Finance Minister
I have this idea, open more branches of nationalised banks in UAE,and GCC countries. like we have in Singapore,There alot of Indians who use hawala method to send money to India. If we open new branches and reduce services charges ,Indians in these country will use this. Also dollar to GCC currency are fixed against dollar,so if they deposit ,we can easily convert this dollar for fuel purchases,Also when they deposit, from India they can use it as Ruppes just like in Singap
