The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources. India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica. Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP. For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower. Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Respected Sir, I think the best way is to open up the education system for private sector and creating a competing environment. This may increase the college fees for students but government can provide support by providing scholar ship programs for financially underprivileged students which they can avail. We can also have government institutions along with the private but there should be a level playing field for both to have a healthy competition and in the process the people will be winners.

Now, in India, a Female should understand that to whom so ever, she is going to be married or live in, such male belongs particular community, particular quality of life, particular level of money or way of life. MAHILA AAYOG, WOMEN RIGHTS NGO ETC., should be directed to teach that a female should protect herself by understand the all the consequence (FRUITS) of marriage or live in. Government can start this kind of ABHIYAN for welfare of FEMALES in future even in triable area, towns and cities.

ATM use over 5 times per month will attract fee of Rs 20 per transaction: If so then gov must issue another act that every shop and every nature of business must have a swipe machine or web payment who ever got current account must have swipe gateway so people don't have to go for atm and it will stop black money cause all account activity will get recorded. gov must make this act Mandatory that their must be swipe-gate way and 3 Financial transactions per month . so they have to keep swipe

While considering the rules and regulation of Judicial Commission for elevating the Supreme/High Court Judges, firstly, a objections should be invited for period of 1 month or whatever and thereafter private or internal scrutiny should be taken place with or without informing the objector or person who is going to be elevated. If this procedure should be adopted than It would treat as impartial, transparent and justify in every count and such procedure shall not be challengeable in any court.

U/s 205 of Criminal Procedure Code should be amended and make it liberal to appearance of accused person in court through his advocate, so that crowd or rush in court premises in India may be reduced. If we consider presence of accused through internet or webcam, who are in jail or in other cities then why we do not consider the presence of accused through his advocate/counsel. Communication between advocate and his client should be strict then advocate can represent accused responsiblly.

Most of the Institute Management Committee ( IMC ) at ITI's of our region are not working at all. More than 125 Cr Rs fund received from Central Government under PPP model is lying in their respective bank account. Government of Maharashtra is not allowing these IMC to function independently. Central Govenment should appoint a committee to look in to affairs of IMCs and Why they are not functioning. Skill Development initiative is being blocked by bureaucracy. Any Solution ????
