The goal of a smart city is to ensure public safety,save energy :
1.Use of Demand Actuated traffic signals instead of timed signals.It will save energy,fuel as well as time and reduce the carbon emissions
2.Proper waste disposal system(vegetable wastes should be used for making green manure,plastics should be processed separately,etc)
3.Mandatory underground parking spaces for new constructions and construction of multilevel parking to maximize road space and minimize traffic load

Any city become smart if its infrastructure,Power supply,Road,traffic,drainage system,education system,hospital,market, per capita income,plantation in road side,airport,metro rail,entertainment, are availed.

Smart city required smart people .if people r not smart then this project will not be any use therefore we can teach our people to get smart. & to improve people thinking capacity to arranged programmers. To do these programs by local public supporters or MLA or any other who realize people to get smartness

We should make road of using TAR as much as possible, I'm not saying because most of the countries doing the same, but because of most of the accidents happens on road of Cement, whereas it damages Tyre of vehicles too.

1)Convert Rlwy station into Rlwy Mall. Acquire [remove encroachments] . underground parking system. Parking underground. First floor :Platforms. Second floor : shops etc
2)Convert all congested bazars into huge interconnected malls. Eg Rajwada:We have kapada market, sarafa, bartan bazar, kahjuri etc. Convert then into huge interconnected malls like airports . Have parking underground.
3)Mandatory UNDERGROUND parking for all new constructions.
