The Pasighat Municipal Council (PMC) is pleased to inform you that our City has been selected through a competitive process for Smart City Mission under the Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD). In the next phase, our city has to compete with others to make it to the top 20 to be taken up for first round of funding, for year 2015-16.

Pasighat is now required to formulate a vision, mission and a proposal in consultation with its citizens and other stakeholders. Your City needs you!! So, PMC urges the citizens of Pasighat to share their opinions and ideas to make our “Pasighat- a Credible Smart City”. Your views are valuable and can make a difference to our city!!

Your valuable suggestions can bring significant transformation to your city and improve the life of citizens.

Please share your ideas to make Pasighat – a credible Smart City.

The last date to submit your suggestions / comments is 10th December, 2015.

We should demonstrate Instrumentation intelligence in pasighat were city infrastructure is made smart through real time data collection, with analysis and predictive modelling across city district.

STRATEGY OF SMART CITY The strategy component of area based development in the smart city are city improvement retrofitting . City renewal and city extension plus a pan –city initiative in which smart solution are applied covering larger part of the city below are given the description of the three model of area bust smart city development. Regional competitive transport and ICT economic natural recourse, human and social capital quality of life and participation of citizen the govt. of cities. A smart city would thus be a city that not only process ICT technologies in particular area, but also implemented this technology in a manner that impact the local community.

There are many children who are good in sports but also they are able to perform in the state level but if they get chance in the national they are unable to go out because of the financial problem. The youths of the city are talented. They get selected in the entrance exam but because of the financial money they are nit also to study and remain idle. So, their should and be educational institution in our city.

There should be good transportation all over India and a highway that much connects each and every States all over the India. SMART CITY NEEDS SMART PEOPLE,SMART THOUGHT,SMART ACT,SMART BELIEFS ,SMART VISION, Therefore declare Pasighat as SMART ORGANIC CITY.

In order to be a smart city, I say the citizen of pasighat should think smartly in the first place. Pasighat is an educational centre and it should be further taken to the next level. We have NH52 running through the town but roads in other small sector or colonies are no worse than having a road. It should be thoroughly looked after. The municipal officer should be force to do their jobs and at least clean the town or collect the waste from the dumbs and disposed of properly other CONTD...
