The Pasighat Municipal Council (PMC) is pleased to inform you that our City has been selected through a competitive process for Smart City Mission under the Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD). In the next phase, our city has to compete with others to make it to the top 20 to be taken up for first round of funding, for year 2015-16.

Pasighat is now required to formulate a vision, mission and a proposal in consultation with its citizens and other stakeholders. Your City needs you!! So, PMC urges the citizens of Pasighat to share their opinions and ideas to make our “Pasighat- a Credible Smart City”. Your views are valuable and can make a difference to our city!!

Your valuable suggestions can bring significant transformation to your city and improve the life of citizens.

Please share your ideas to make Pasighat – a credible Smart City.

A place should be fixed to store garbage’s also not only to this city also to all, they should be recycled.make our city smart and clean

Healthy Pasighat requires CLEAN AND GREEN with proper road and drainage system and organic farming for sustainable development and sporting activities such as MISSION FOOTBALL Field, Pasighat a CYCLING destination of the world Pasight should not be a concrete jungle rather ENVIORNMENT must be protected, CLEAN SAING.

A city equipped with basic infrastructure to give a decent quality of life, a clean and sustainable environment through application of some smart solution.Implement water and electricity supply. Sanitation and solid waste management, efficient urban mobility and public transport robust it connectivity. E- governance and citizen participation, safety and security of citizens.

......(1)Road from Bazaar to Riba canteen/Transport station should be 4 lane. (2) Road from Siang guest house to Mirmir charali via DC office should be 4 lane.(3)Road from Siang guest house to Komlighat/Siang river should be 4 lane.(4) Road from Transport station to mirmir charali should also be 4 lane. Rest all the sector road should be double lane for a hassle free traffic in future.

Construction of bypass roads, 1). From DITE area to Jarkong via Tulap Charali, 2). from KV to PLTK Road and 3). from Jarku to GTC via Paged will minimise traffic congestion on NH 515 passing through Pasighat market. These roads will also provide connectivity to Tulap and Gumin Nagar areas thus enhancing road network of Pasighat. Instead of concentrating developmental activities in the centre of the town, the township can grow towards these areas.

Restructuring, to move to online retail and entertainment a going population and pressure on public finances. Major technological economic and environmental change has generated interest in smart cities, including climate change economic.

Smart City pasighat (1)provide E-Security through One Touch Mobile Button or Code which send alarms & location to Police & relatives. (2)Online application of all Services, Licences, Permissions, Facilities, Complaints etc. (3)Transparency & Online records of all Govt. activities & Expenditures (4)Strong laws & punishments

All the hitech facilities should be available in hospitals in pasighat so that patients should not go to anywhere and bear highly expenses. Free Internet facilties should be given such as in other cities so that everyone can connected to the world smartly.We all should collectively brings our City pasighat on top by our efforts.
