The Pasighat Municipal Council (PMC) is pleased to inform you that our City has been selected through a competitive process for Smart City Mission under the Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD). In the next phase, our city has to compete with others to make it to the top 20 to be taken up for first round of funding, for year 2015-16.

Pasighat is now required to formulate a vision, mission and a proposal in consultation with its citizens and other stakeholders. Your City needs you!! So, PMC urges the citizens of Pasighat to share their opinions and ideas to make our “Pasighat- a Credible Smart City”. Your views are valuable and can make a difference to our city!!

Your valuable suggestions can bring significant transformation to your city and improve the life of citizens.

Please share your ideas to make Pasighat – a credible Smart City.

The last date to submit your suggestions / comments is 10th December, 2015.

1) Main staples like rice, Atta, Maida etc are to be made available. 2) Harnessing of the hydal project. 3) Pay important and lay stress on education. 4) Maintain strong health and to be hygiene

In my view a smart city which is capable to meet every need of the citizen residing in it. But to build a smart city, first we the citizen have to be smart and smartly we should take part in the it to exuall it in the first phase consisting of 20 smart cities.

In the behalf of Pasighat area I would like to express Pasighat area according to my view. If Pasighat will be become a smart city I may mentions something that will be better for our environment first of all there will be street light post on every roads, the road must be maintain properly and there will be drainage system on both side, electicity, water pipeline must be maintain properly and on the bazaar there will be neat and clean, there will be traffic police on every traffic post etc. Las

9. All foot path and roads must be have zebra crossing system. 10. Civic facilities like drainage and traffic should be strictly checked for proper system of daily civic. 11. “Swatch Bharat Abhiyan” should be the daily routine of the smart city Pasighat.

mind blowing proposal test it Smart City walk organized for citizens. It is required timely, Keep it up Monument should be well maintained to attract the tourist.

5. Medical facilities like All India Institute of Science and Technology (AIIMS) 6. Affordable housing for needy people especially for 3rd grade citizen and labours. 7. Control of speedy driving with police controlled room with CCTV camera. 8. Strict law and order for public security.
