In order to bring sustainable environment we must take care not to disturb nature unless situation warrants. And wherever any developmental project is to be bring there, utmost care should be taken not to disturb nature.

E-Governance will synonymous to Good governance. So as per as possible all the office activities are made computerized. Public participation will also boost success of e-governance. If possible maintaining of online payment of electricity, telephone, water, etc should be allowed to be handled with partnership with private.

To bring E-Governance in a Health department, patient tracking system should be installed and record on daily basis especially in General hospital Pasighat as the flagship programme and thereafter to whole of the State to keep up health of the citizen. It will not be a complicated problem after introduction of based web application.

To save pedestrian, pavement should be protected with ralling. Speed breaker is given in all the sensitive location like educational institution, public places etc.

Thereafter it comes road communication. Presently, other than highway, most of the roads are in pasighat are in dilapidated condition. It needs to be revamped. Black topping with road tar has gone. The entire road should be with CC. By the side, pavement should also be constructed with CC.

* In order to be a smart city, I say the citizen of pasighat should think smartly in the first place. Pasighat is an educational centre and it should be further taken to the next level. We have NH52 running through the town but roads in other small sector or colonies are no worse than having a road. It should be thoroughly looked after. The municipal officer should be force to do their jobs and at least clean the town or collect the waste from the dumbs and disposed of properly other basic requ

The mission of the smart city is 100 cities have been selected in the first phase. The smart city duration is for five years from 2015-16 to 2019-20. The smart city fund out of 100 cities only 20 cities will receiving funding in the 1st round. The smart city will also receive nearly rs.1000 cored for its development.
