Traditional ideas of smart cities suggest lots of data collection, using sensors, electricity, gas water, traffic and other government analytics- that can be carefully compiled and integrated into a smart grid and then fed into computers. That can focus on making the city as efficient as possible.

India’s is urbanizing at an unprecedented rate, so much that estimates suggest nearly 600 million of Indians will be living in cities by 2030, up from 290 million as reported in the 2001 census.

1)Digitalization in all sectors
2)Advance parking space (multi stores, underground)
3)Proper sanitation system in all areas wheather slums or apartments or public toilets

I want to be Pasighat smart city. If road facility, women safety and most important thing provide poor people a better house and a good facility school where all the children and who are very poor cannot effort school. I want to be all the children of Pasighat will be educated and also for health centre for primary on secondary. If they all facility are in Pasighat then Pasighat become a smart city. So my last suggestion keeps your city clean.

SHRI MODI SAAB, BEING A Young CITIZEN I am GETTING FRUSTRATED OUR Unemployed YOUTH IS SITTING IDEAL. OUR YOUNGSTERS ARE NOT GETTING JOB. ALSO TO LIVE WITHOUT JOB IS LIKE A SLOW DEATH DAILY. SIR We should OPEN TRAINING CENTERS SO THAT WE CAN TEACH EVERYONE WHAT THE INDUSTRY IS DEMANDING FROM THEM ? OUR PLAN SHOULD BE TO UNITE EVERY PART OF NORTH-EAST to our MAIN LAND through FAST RAILWAYS, AIRWAYS & ROADS. I WANT ALL MY BROTHER SISTER GET PROPER SKILL TO DO JOB NO MATTER THEY ARE FROM ANY FIELD.

Part of the problem stems from the lack of employment opportunity. However, we need to free up the pavements. We cannot have vendors occupying the free space. We need to have the pavements free from encroachments. There is no "smartness" in a so called smart-city if the citizens cannot walk. Every day, we see someone coming and setting up his/her stalls. Part of the problem stems from the lack of employment opportunity. However, we need to free up the pavements. We cannot have vendors occupying
