Hydro-power can be developed over Siang River. Water can be tapped from both siang and its tributaries but people are facing hardship because of the two things.

I want to say something on traffic signal following by our younger age people due to lack of traffic signal in Pasighat city our people mostly got accident due to driving very fast as their is no limitation.

1. Garbage collection & garbage treatment should be in place.
2. Pasighat requires efficient parking management.
3.24 hours water supply should be available.
4. Atithi devo bhav concept for attracting tourists to the city as well as punishments to the atithis for their wrong deeds.
5. Drainage system to be improved to avoid water logging.
6. Footpaths to made available for the pedestrians as its difficult to walk right now in the city.
7. Finance for maintenance of heritage houses.

Rule must be rules applicable on all without discrimination, A program to make the people responsible, irresponsible to be punished in a way which contribute toward development process.Good sanitation facilities, Better public transport system and encourage people to use.

Most of the problem about pasighat people is they know so many thing, they also have sources to do that thing. But because of the poor technologies and their ignorance on the project which they had taken. If this thing will not on the pasighat people mind, then Pasighat would be more than a smart city to call, or we can say that Pasighat should be the great smart city of the India.

The city should also have a good network of communication through airways , railways and roads. Since, Pasighat lies on the banks of the mighty river siang , Waterways transport can also be encouraged .

These responsibilities lie upon the Pasighat Municipal council, the citizens of Pasighat and the state as a whole. The transformation of Pasighat from its percent state to a smart city should be done with the blend of time and not in a hustling manner.
