Mutual Fund Distributor need to pay gst from pocket without collecting it and also without meaningful input credit which is not the intended of law and natural justice as well. Pl examine the case and consider 5% flat rate without input as in case of restaurants.

TCS slapped on E commerce operators.Modi Government is trying its best to improve the India Rankings in Ease of business. But the tax authorities want more and more tax revenue whether more tax collection is at the cost of Ease of doing business in India.GST is so simple except TCS slapped on e commerce operators because tax revenue is very important. How can Indian tax authorities afford to make GST very simple for all business. At least GST should be complex for e commerce operators.

TCS slapped on e commerce operators. Why only e commerce operators have to pay TCS.The simple answer that E commerce companies are flourishing well in India inspite of making losses on their balance sheet.Indian tax authorities have a mindset that when some business flourish in India, it should be taxed more otherwise India will attract a lot of foreign Investment.China should remain most favorite destination for investment.Bill Gates invested in China because India taxation system was complex

TCS slapped on e commerce operators.kindly make TCS law equal for all businesses. All registered businesses In India should collect TCS from raw material suppliers and deposit with the Government.E commerce companies should not alone suffer.Let the whole business world suffer.India stands for equality and Indian laws should be equal for all.Reverse Charge mechanism has been removed which is an equal law for all.TCS slapped specifically on e commerce operators should be slapped on every business.

Dear Sir, Mutual Fund Distributors are adversely impacted by the high GST. We play a pivotal role in directing Indian household savings to the equity market and thereby fuel the economic growth as well. We overcome the challenges of acquiring and sustaining new clients, who are completely new to mutual funds. The commission(brokerage) is being continuously reduced as well. Kindly recommend reducing / abolishing GST for the services we render. Thanks.

am a mutual fund distributor, I recommend mutual funds to investors. I never collect money from people and there is no trading as for as goods/ services concerned.but I am required to register for GST.if my income from all commission exeeds 20 lakhs I have to pay gst.
Mutual fund distributor can be placed under categories like insurance agents and TDS may be introduced for them in place of GST.
It's not fair to keep MFD under service tax. Pls consider and make our life easy to distribute MF.
