Cont... From 5th standard upwards they must be taught English. Then will they be able to absorb complex concepts easily. We need to think seriously why post independence India could produce not a single noble laureate in sciences that studied in India, while Indians who went abroad to study did get many noble prizes. The school whose students get tuition should be de-licensed and the tuition classes be converted to school if the schools can not teach the students. reservation should be scrapped.

I think we need to reconstruct the education from bottom to up instead of the top to bottom direction pursued at the moment. Unless foundation is sound, there is no point in erecting a building that will eventually fail as foundation is weak. Youngsters absorb absorb about 75% of knowledge between age of 6 to 12 and this life span must be focused for us to get the real brilliance of the students to shine through. Students must only enter schools when 6 and learn in vernacular language till 4th.

Base of vocational education can be widened. New trade can be introduced. While infrastructure projects needs various skill. Take an example of construction of residential building. We will find that all the persons employed in POP, tiling work, wall painting do not have any formal education or training. All are developed with experience. We do not have staff for refrigeration & air conditioning, washing machines, refrigeration repair. Requirement is of short term courses, more training centr

we should do some efforts to raise literacy rate in India, specially for girls,i think it should be done compulsory to every student of 10 th standard, that he has to educate any one of the prescribed poor child of a locality, he should be given some marks for educating the child, after educating for few days after his exams are over, then only he will be given board certificate of mark sheet.

Vocational Education at first look it seems to be look like gold .but in present scenario the reality is different, lots of vocational courses are there like B.E/B.TECH, B.B.A , M.B.A and so on and their fees are near to be likely 3-15 lakhs depending on institution.but after pursuing these courses the jobs scenario is only 20 % of people got job offer.and that is too betn 1-4 lpa. so govt must ensure that there must be job after pursuing such courses. otherwise whatever course is doesnt matter.

Is Vocational courses can be prepared on based New Investment by FDI and our goverment requirments on contract basis. Currently NIELT need more a than lakh people in his work for digital India project work.(Rural and Urban). According to me me one short term Course UGC reconiged should be provide for those who has not completed graduation due to some reason espacially for working people, who has more than 4 or 5 years experience in Industrial or Service Industry.

Schooling system avoids agriculture Issues: 1. After a few years of schooling, most students opt not to do physical work.... who will produce food? 2. All govt propaganda about a bright life talk about professions other than agriculture. Actions: 1. Students should be trained to expertise in agriculture as part of schooling, as Steiner & other advanced systems do. 2. Govt should promote agriculture as the one noble profession that supports life & food security of the nation thro ads.
