In an endeavour to address the inadequacies of capacity constraints and improve its modal share in total freight eco system of the country, Indian Railways has come up with Draft National Rail Plan.

A draft of long term strategic plan called the National Rail Plan has been developed to plan infrastructural capacity enhancement along with strategies to increase modal share of the Railways. The National Rail Plan will be a common platform for all future infrastructural, business and financial planning of the Railways. This plan is being circulated among various Ministries for their views now. Railways aim to finalise the Final plan by January 2021.

The maximum delayed time for Shinkansen (Japanese) bullet train in the last 15 years is just 57 seconds. Our railway system needs to be developed to such a highly organized and well-maintained stage. There are innumerable railway coaches/wagons lying around in railway in the majority of Indian railway stations. They need to be renewed, if not they can be deployed as cabins for defence personnel working in extreme weather conditions or can be donated to poor people in housing scheme.

Mahoday, railway sauchalayon ko lagatar saf karne ke liyte karmachari niyukti karna chahiye . Jo hamesha kam kartey rahenge . Aur koi yatri upayog karey , tourant safai karey. Isasay toilet hamesha saf suthra milega. Rozgar bhi milega.

Hon'ble PM Sir, Indian Railway stations must be strengthened with high security system. Railway crossings must be by passed through bridges or underground tunnels. Rail lines must be fully fenced so that no obstruction could occur on the way. Railways must be equipped with latest information & communication technology and young dynamic technical manpower.

प्रधानमंत्री जी,अब चूँकि रेल्वे बजेट नहीं होता कार्य डिजिटल है, इको नही,रेल्वे मे सुधार के लिए काम करने होंगे। सरकार ने कुछ नई ट्रेने जरूर शुरू की है मगर आम जनता पर ध्यान नहीं दिया, क्यों कि जनता को साधारण गाड़ियों की ज़रूरत है। आप AC ट्रेन तेजस, हमसफ़र,राजधानी या बुलेट ट्रेन लाए तो इस का लाभ पैसे वालों को मिलेगा, इस मे सब का साथ सब का विकास कहां? हाँ आप 300 से 500 किलो मीटर दूरी की AC ट्रेन सिर्फ चेयर कार (बैठने) के लिए वाजिब किराए में शरू करे तो अलग बात है, मगर ज़रूरत तो साधारण गाड़ियों की है।

भारत की जीवन-रेखा की नाईं चारों दिशाओं में दौड़ने वाली रेलों में अब रिजर्व डिब्बे ही होना चाहिए ताकि स्वास्थ्य,स्वच्छताऔर व्यवस्था को प्रोत्साहन मिले। दूसरी बात यह है कि ट्रेनों के टाइम में समय की पाबंदी का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाए।

New railway lines and flights should be made available for cities where citues emerged with increased population . A survey should be conducted to know about it

All major cities should be connected with all 3types of transportation facilities like road, air and rail. City buses, public transportation from railway stations should be made available. Tourism houses, guest houses, rooms for staying should be made available with affordable prices for common passengers

रेल गाड़ी नए भारत मे नए रूप मे देखने को मिलेगी चलते फिरते मॉल हॉस्पिटल मंडी तक रेल की पटरियों पर चलती दिखेगी व्यवसाय के नए 4रास्ते के साथ साथ रोजगार पूरक बनेगी देश की जरूरत है रेल जो अब किसानों की भी माल गाड़ी कहलायेगी
