In an endeavour to address the inadequacies of capacity constraints and improve its modal share in total freight eco system of the country, Indian Railways has come up with Draft National Rail Plan.

A draft of long term strategic plan called the National Rail Plan has been developed to plan infrastructural capacity enhancement along with strategies to increase modal share of the Railways. The National Rail Plan will be a common platform for all future infrastructural, business and financial planning of the Railways. This plan is being circulated among various Ministries for their views now. Railways aim to finalise the Final plan by January 2021.

Only branded company Snacks, Biscuits, Chocolates and other eatables should be made available in a seperate box in all trains , A seperate train shop should be available. Registered vendors only should sold buying all the items from the train shop only. No other venders should be allowed to sell their own branded or local food items. As pandemic conditions are not amicable many issues regarding health, contamination of diseases, and low quality and health hazard risks should not be caused.

Online isdue& purchase of tickets should be nade available for passengers who enter all of sudden due to non availability of time to purchase tickets at once when they catch the train.

Railways colour and design should be changed so that the passengers can identify them easily with specific identity. Even illiterates should also identify them. Fast, Super fast, express , janatha, Garibrath, Local, metro like all categories should have a specific and exclusive colors and designs or identity for them so as to enable the passengers including illiterates and rural people.

All stages, and places that the train passes should be informed through announcement or scrolling from each and every stage

Library facility with different categories of books should be made available for the passengers whobytsvtl long journey in trains. This will help passengers a lot in improving their knowledge as well as information updates. Further News headlines should be broadcasted from time to time in trains particularly in 1st class, 3tier and 2 tier A/c coaches.

रेलवे में टिकट लेने में काफी मुश्किल आती है जैसे लम्बी- लम्बी कतार, खुले रुपयो की कमी। रेलवे टिकट के लिए app और उसका एक IQcode बनाए।IQcode को सभी रेलवे station पर लगा दे। people app के द्वारा IQcode को scan कर app मे ticket पा ले।

again registration for account IRCTC is difficult when your number is already registered and you forget the password... please give options for corrections.... or changing the number or email id

*रेल से गिरनेवाले शौच को एक सिस्टिम से जोडकर बनाओ गैस-खत प्रोजेक्ट और 'स्वच्छ भारत अभियान' को बढावा दो रेल सिस्टममे बहोत से बदलाव हो रहे है। लेकीन रेल के जो शौचालय की समस्या बिलकुल वैसी की वैसी है। इससे स्वच्छ भारत अभियान को धोका पहूँचता है। ये समस्या हल करने के लिए रेल के हर बोगी के टॉयलेट से शौच निचे छोड दिया जाता है। इससे पुरे रेल्वे लाइन और स्टेशन पे गंदगी फैलती है। रेल्वे डब्बे के हर शौचालय के निचे से पाइप के आधार से एक दुसरेसे जोड लेना चाहिये। और 2-4 डिब्बे के बिच मे रेल के निचेवाल
