In an endeavour to address the inadequacies of capacity constraints and improve its modal share in total freight eco system of the country, Indian Railways has come up with Draft National Rail Plan.

A draft of long term strategic plan called the National Rail Plan has been developed to plan infrastructural capacity enhancement along with strategies to increase modal share of the Railways. The National Rail Plan will be a common platform for all future infrastructural, business and financial planning of the Railways. This plan is being circulated among various Ministries for their views now. Railways aim to finalise the Final plan by January 2021.

महाशय, छोटी दूरी के एक्सप्रेस ट्रेनों में आरक्षण ज्यादा से ज्यादा हो इसके लिए , पी ओ एस मशीन द्वारा ट्रेन में ही आरक्षण की व्यवस्था की जाय। प्रत्येक स्टेशन पर आरक्षण काउंटर की व्यवस्था हो, तथा आरक्षण चार्ट प्रिपेयर होने के बाद भी करेंट रिजर्वेशन की सुविधा दी जाए। इससे रेलवे की आमदनी भी बढ़ेगी और यात्रियों को भी राहत मिलेगी। धन्यवाद!

जब मैं खाली डब्बों के साथ मालगाड़ियों के हाबड़ा से दिल्ली की जाते हुए देखता था तो यह विचार आता था। उन विचारों को साझा कर खुशी हो रही है। जिस प्रकार नदियों से बहाकर लाए गए बालू से साल्ट लेक सिटी बन गया उसी प्रकार उक्त खाली डब्बों में बालू को ढोकर चंबल जैसे पथरीली जगहों को कृषि योग्य बनाया जाय। उन बालू राशि से बंगलादेश में नये द्वीप न बन कर भारत में काम आए इसके लिए रेलवे विस्तार आवश्यक है। उन बालूओं के बदौलत साल्ट लेक सिटी का बनना कोलकाता को डाईंग सिटी से पुनरजागृत महानगर बना दिया है,याद रहे।

USING KISAN RAIL, INDIAN RAILWAYS should also focus on transportation of Coconuts from South Indian States to Northern, Western and Eastern states of India. This will boost business between states which also help coconut farmers too. Train Name can be like: Coconut Train Or Coconut rail :)

All passengers local trains should be converted to EMU, MEMU Or DEMU whichever is applicable and feasible. This will enhance the passanger trains speed due to good accelerations amongst such train sets and save passengers time as well.

लंबी दूरी की माल गाड़ी में दो तीन जनरल डिब्बे भी लगाए जिस जगह तक जाए लोकल पैसेंजर भी ले जाये

Indian railway should start a ambulance coach to the train having all medical facilities like advanced ambulance prevaling with a provision of accompanying a doctor. This is a urgent need of our country

Thanks for opportunity. All superfast trains which having 8 hours for reaching destination may be provided with comfortable seater coach charging same fare as sleeper coaches of various AC non AC coach. This will help to carry more passengers who do not get accommodation in reserve class and having emergency of travel for important work. Some seats/berths in super fast trains may be reserved for passengers and escorts who are traveling for urgent medical emergency treatment in metro cities.
