Misleading advertisements, tricks gullible consumer in purchasing the products and services which are often health hazards or substandard in quality, for example – various pills/food supplements, fairness creams, etc.  The Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of India having its office at New Delhi, would not be able to check the menace of misleading advertisement without the active participation and help from the State Governments, local self-Governments and the Police department of the States. These authorities are expected to intensify their action against the misleading advertisements as also the misleading advertisers on their own or once altered by the voluntary consumer organizations.

If we restrict it by simply taking the bonafide details of the advertiser and self declaration form confirming certain norms will restrict to 90% and rest by strictly panalising the defaulters. But in any case the team or agency checking such details should also be very honest and fast.

. 50% of landfills and garbage forms because of plastic bags, waste material like kitchen waste and other kind of soluble items don't get mixed with soils because they are being packed in poly bags 5. Most of the plastic bags directly go to sea and pollute it.already a part of sea as large as a continent, became a plastic poisonous patch area near pacific sea.

500 billion and a trillion plastic bags are consumed worldwide each year.most bag are not recycled because it costs more to recycle a bag than to produce a new one.A single plastic bag can take up to 1,000 years to degrade. 2. Chemicals added to plastics are absorbed by human bodies. Some of these compounds have been found to alter hormones or have other potential human health effects. 3. millions of sea animals dying because of polythene bags including sacred cows who eat this and die.

Polythene ban : this is also very dangerous problem arising in India, many times govt imposed such bans but nobody following these bans. People are using plastic bags openly. Please ban it completely and strictly for the sake of human existence.this is a time bomb kind of thing more dangerous than atom bomb.People are ignoring this plastic issue but this may become a risk in whole human existence one day. Please take this seriously this is a big danger for our future.

1. Create a panel of responsible non-political persons from every locality under each police station to form the communication channel between the residents of the locality and the Govt. bodies (police or corporation). 2. Create a separate counter in the police station to be run by ex-defence or an agency run by ex-DIG, to address and record the grievances / complaints of the people of the locality. The prime focus should be to de-link political interference in every civic matter.

We should make it compulsory to construct under ground drainage system whenever, a housing plots are promoted by the promoters. It should be made compulsory on the part of promoter along with construction of quality roads, street light provisions & water lines provisions. This will reduce the load of Local bodies to provide all the facilities.

To Make India Clean, We should stop pasting the pamphlets, banners, etc on the walls. If anyone found doing this then they should be punished. Now days for advertisement there are lots of medium available like WtsApp, FaceBook, Youtube, Twitter, Mobiles, Emails, TV, E News Paper etc. then why are we using hard copy advertisement, we should promote soft copy advertisement. Use of softcopy will increase the green energy and can help to establish clean environment.

simple, sir just introduce CITIZEN's Charted, baki public automatic sambhal legi.. and one another suggestion, just simply outsource the govt. offices with departmental officer like PASSPORT SEVA KENDRA, and it will simply raise the govt standard of work, in police station appoint EX-MILLITARY man as STATION INCHARGE, simply crime rate is going down and effective measure against misleadidng.
