Misleading advertisements, tricks gullible consumer in purchasing the products and services which are often health hazards or substandard in quality, for example – various pills/food supplements, fairness creams, etc.  The Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of India having its office at New Delhi, would not be able to check the menace of misleading advertisement without the active participation and help from the State Governments, local self-Governments and the Police department of the States. These authorities are expected to intensify their action against the misleading advertisements as also the misleading advertisers on their own or once altered by the voluntary consumer organizations.

The schools/educational institutes & Industrial training institutes near Dhule, Jalgaon, Shahada, Nandurbar, Bhadgaon, Pachora, Jamner, etc are not doing justice with the students. The candidates pass out from these institutes with First class & Distinction but when they appear for an interview they are exposed. They are not even able to answer simple questions like, "How many centimeters are there in one meter". This is pathetic. I would hold the educational institutes responsible for this.

For making the 'Make in India' campaign successful, we need skilled workforce. At present, the knowledge and skill level of the candidates coming out from the Industrial Training Institutes is pathetic. Apart from this there are many schools in rural areas from where the candidates complete their education upto SSC but if you check their knowledge level it is not even equivalent to 7th standard. The reason is poor quality of educational institutes and the copy. Need to drastically improve this.

We should provide basic needs to the POLICE, i.e. good houses, good food and good salary. because if they are happy in their life, they will protect us in well manner.

I would suggest our INDIAN GOVERNMENT that, since the crude oil prices are at all time lower level, we INDIA can buy the crude oil now at cheaper rate and can store it for our better tomorrow i.e. which will help us to control the inflation in future.

1.EFIRs should be started for these kind of cases. 2.E COURTS should be framed for the speedy conclusion of these cases. 3.Police should be encouraged to file the FIR at instant without any delays.

The Complaint process for such advertisements should be made simple. It should be as easy as sending a picture or clip sent from mobile or email; Voluntary consumer orgs can investigate such complaints
