As per the RBI Guidelines Every Bank has to follow the policy of KYC i.e. Know Your Customer on the same principle there should be guidelines for Media regarding Know Your Advertiser (KYA).This would be helpful for the State Govt., local self-government and Police to take effective measures against Misleading Advertisements.

Sir consumer grievances against various misleading advertisements need to be settled in a speedy manner.State governments, local government can through media create awareness among the customers regarding misleading ads who make claims that rarely appeals to human reason.Police can also be made a part of conducting awareness in their circle and complaints registered with them can be sent to consumer forums.
