we need some kind of regulatory body for advertisements in every media.we may create statutory bodies like film sensor board for advertisement. simultaneously we need some improvements in INDIAN PENAL CODE also. current consumer forums/couts may be given this responsibility after due consultations with all stake holders.

First of all , there must be a special censor board , formed by the Govt. who have to do testing of the product with all precautions , before going to air. All the celebrities , who endorse the product , must also be fined , if the product is not , as per mentioned. The Govt should also stop also the advt , related to astrology , who are spreading the superstitions as well as wasting the hard earned money of public.

for misleading ads, a team of locals to be formed for a specific area in which persons from every sector should participate. and its key should be directly in the hand of an independent committee at national level. and committee should have right for strict decisions

Please support my views to remove caste based reservation from every sector of India. We have to grow collectively. I believe that reservation is ruining our talent pool of country and creating frustration among young people in somecase. We can provide reservation to needful people on basis of financial condition not on caste. Please do not derive any valueless points from this. Take it positively and support to remove CASTE based reservation.

ANY ADVERTISEMENT WILL HAVE CONTACT NUMBERS / ADDRESS, etc. IN THE CASE OF MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENTS, POLICE OR LOCAL SELF-GOVT. OR STATE GOVTs, etc. TO ASK THE ADVERTISERS TO PROVE THEIR ADVT./ CLAIM WITHIN 15 DAYS OF NOTICE. IF THEY DON'T PROVE, THEY SHOULD NOT RELEASE THIS AD. IF THEY DON'T COMPLY, WITH THIS DIRECTION, ADVERTISERS / RESPONSIBLE PERSONS TO BE IMPRISONED & FINED.
SIMILARLY, IN THE CASE OF POLITICAL PARTIES WHO DAMAGE / DESTROY PUBLIC PROPERTY, THE EVENT ORGANISERS / THAT POLITICAL PARTY / THAT PARTICULAR STRIKING ORGANISATION, WHICH VANDALISES PUBLIC PROPERTY, BUSES, etc. TO BE FINED HEAVILY & THEIR LEADERS TO BE MADE RESPONSIBLE / ACCOUNTABLE / WARNED. SECOND TIME, THE CONCERNED SHOULD BE JAILED.
Thanks for giving this opportunity to give our views / suggestions.
