Greed in our mind is the biggest enemy than any thing else.Advertisement can just lure us but the factor making these advertisements so lucrative is to "Gain much in little time". Its not the responsibility of just govt to teach us. We should be wise enough not to react to such misleading advertisements. So "DIKHAWE PE MAT JAO.......APNI AKAL LAGAO......."

For addressing misleading ads, drugs claiming to have curative, magical properties, the Drugs & Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954 may be amended as some of the 54 diseases mentioned in its Schedule are now curable. Then, a campaign to publicize this revised schedule be carried out through i) television ii) leading newspapers iii) pasting in dispensaries, hospitals iv) public transport v) may be added as a chapter in school texts & above all v) ‘Mann ki baat’.

Make-in-India will have little meaning if our PM himself uses foreign made products. Why should the ministers and ministries use foreign made goods when world-class locally made goods are available? Also please revise patent laws to make them more fair. Let us have "fair" competition. Not "free" competition where rich foreign brands dominate by unfair ways.

Once the government of India, and our beloved PM become more responsible towards the unaware and less informed poor people of India, these kind of false advertisement would not be a problems. The most people affected are uneducated and less informed poor people. The Judicial and government should go hand in hand. Most of the time these advertisers are blackmailing the government in the name of democracy and freedom. The ad titled ""Bo**st is the secret of my energy also a big cheat".
