There should be quality standard certification for each product. and no advertisement of uncertified product may be allowed. No advertisement of tantriks/babas, matrimony arbitrators, quacks should be allowed. Online consumer complaint system should consolidate no of complaints against a brand exceed a certain number should result in banning of the product and total refund to the complainants. this will encourage people to speak against low standard products

still in india in state courts people have to wait in courts for single signature for whole day cause no senior officers available on their seats and no body concious about the identity of the person who visited to different offices and any body can get stamp paper and can have stamp from authority. No proper security in govt courts and other building .so my advise to you dear prime minister ji please do one thing in all offices that there should be thumb digital impression on each office door

1) Local administration in the entire country should put up notices in all public places asking people to always verify the claims of an advertisement before actually buying what has been mentioned in the ad.
2) Public announcement systems in the entire country can be used to make people aware of fake advertisements.
3) Government can run advertisements in all newspapers not to fall for fake products or services.
4) All government offices can put up posters asking people not to go by dubious ads

1)All people engaged into print / electronic or media must have proper educational qualification certificate in this feild like we don not expect medicene educated / unlicensed doctors in the society to treat us so we should not have people working in media of any kind without proper journalism / media education. The course content has to constitute major part of study on making them understand responsibility of their creative work and influence on the society . Legal consequences of the work

1. Make it mandatory that all print/electronic media to create awareness among readers/viewers to complain about the misleading/unethical advts by sms/email/post. 2. Create a quasi-judicial body to deal with the complaints in this regard. 3. Punish very severely who violates the norms, so that it will create fear among future defaulters. 4. Information and Broadcasting Ministry may conduct regular meetings with the media persons to inculcate good practices in advts.

Governance - Along with "Swatch Bharat" let us have "Swatch-Saral Sashan" "Clean-Simple Governance". Simple and transparent administration. Government should take feedback on ALL administrative procedures and then try to simplify as far as workable. Experiment and try simplest possible ways for a while to test and ascertain their work-ability. Let there be public platforms for discussions. Make participative Digital Governance a reality. It is possible and work-able.
