These authorities are expected to intensify their action against the misleading advertisements as also the misleading advertisers on their own or once altered by the voluntary consumer organizations.

First of all Govt. should create a easily accessible platform to lodge a complaint. If ten people complain against the same advertiser, immediate stringent action should be taken. like suspending the Driving, licence, pan card,Passport,VAT regn.and posting the photographs of the promoters/connected persons on website(Misleading advertisers.co.in). No mobile companies should provide connections in their name.

This post is regarding children below 18 or 20. Social networking site should be banned for children. Social networking site makes children mental sick so we have to impose a strong rule for creating an account. the idea is to connect Adhar card no to account. social networking site vll send the adhar no to gov. site and they vll decide wheater the account should open or not. as we know adhar have all info abt the person.

Heavy penalties and strict vigilance is the key rule to punish the company for misleading advertisement. Even action should be initiated against the News paper which publishes it without getting the scientific test Report
