अशलील व भ्रम पैदा करने वाले विज्ञापनों के विरुद्ध एक कानून बनाना चाहिए।
और जुजुर्माने के साथ सजा भी होनी चाहिए।

There should be a help line for complaining on misleading advertisement.Govt officers, political leaders should be proactive to take action against misleading advertisement. If they start taking action against misleading advertisement the other will awake and will not dare to break rules and people will not be cheated.Govt should take action on advertisers who speak risk factor so fast that one can not understand risk factor. Advertise should have same tempo throughout the advertisement.

There should be one consistent standard that would control deceptive and misleading advertisements and a specific government agency to enforce and/or co-ordinate regulatory actions.

We need to be strict towards our road safety rules. For example, bound of vehicle, driving license suspension and imprisonment. So that people think twice before breaking any rule. And for better implementation of above rules technology can be very much helpful like driving license should be digitalized and process of issuing license should be comprehensive in actual not only on papers.
