NAMASKAR! Planning commission has outlived its life.It is the time to look forward to a new, vibrant and dynamic institution which catches the aspirations of young India and inspires new generations to come.It should be 11 member body with five permanent members-experts from different fields and five non-permanent members-five state CMs selected on round robin basis for 2-3 years.PM- as chairman. The name i suggest is " NATIONAL VISIONARY PANEL OF INDIA" or NATIONAL PLANNING AUTHORITY OF INDIA"

Now Modiji, request you to stop giving road contracts to contractors associated with any political party and all tendors should be issued and submitted only online further all payments of work done should be paid by direct credit in to the bank account that too after verification of work done by him and we should minimize the involvement of direct contacts between contractors and concerned govt offices it can help to reduce the curruption in road and other public works.

Rape!
I don't know in which group I should post this. That's why I pickrandom groups. I want all people to understand this. One of main reason for Rape is so much availability of porn / blue films online. Because now people are becoming less tempered about sexual excitement as they can watch porn easily any time and can come in that stage. This is making them to loose control. Please ban porn online like china and Dubai. Take help of service providers. Please forward this post to any concerned

We can have a steering or monitoring committee with representation from various ministries. The programs are generally made by individual ministries but there is no system in place to check whether the programs are being implemented with the intention they were created and if they are stuck up due to inter ministerial synergy the committee can take care of the interface also. In short a PMC is required.

Dear Sir,
We should have 9 member with one Vice chairman and 8 members having a fixed term of 5 years. Further the State Govts Finance Minister or the their nominees will also a part of the committee.
We may name the Organisation as "NAVRATHNAS" and the Chairman will be PM.
They will co-ordinate with each state to the funds allotted as well as the implementation of the projects as sanctioned.

We had planning commission for long and also commission delivered most of it. Now we have many plan on table , need execution commission to monitor progress of all big initiatives and cut the red tape if any along the way. This commission should be a helping hand to all major project/programs to help them /guide them based on demand to clear all blocker issues.
This commission should be powered with capacity to review risk and monitor risk unto mitigation plan agreement.
