Its nice to see that the changes are happening after 100 days ,but still we have seen any strong decesions in the field of agriculture , i wanna suggest that the fixed rates of agricultural products should be declared earlier as of sugarecane so that the farmers will not suffer from loss

The institution that would be replacing Planning Commission should have powers not to make plans but to monitor and implement those plans effectively. More emphasis should be laid out it successfully executing them.
1. the institution should have a definite time frame in making plans and more responsibility is successfully executing them in fixed time frame.
2. Increase in use of technology and more communicative with common man about the new initiatives being planned

1)The New commission should have a centralised approach with decentralised structure.
2)There should be partipation from grass root level.
3)There should be participation from every sector of economic activity.
4)The members should be chosen not by virtue of their qualification and designation but by their knowledge and expertise in their area.
5)There should be a review committee to monitor the work of commission on yearly basis.

Complete Blocking of Porn websites is impossible. I suggest that every porn sites must be secured by a password system. Anyone can enter to such sites by an unique password. To get the password, He have apply in a govt agency or edcational institutes with age certificate. If he/she eligible for watching such sites, then the authority will give him the password to enter in adult sites.

there is something prior to planning that is what will be the demand or requirement for future. Further that must happen at every city and state level rather than in the centre. It must be egovernment so that ordinary citizen can contribue

New institution in place of planning commission should be a team with permanent members as well as guest members with the objective to time bound goal setting and achieving.
Ideally it should constitute Leading scientist, respective field researchers, strategic defense analysts, Economists, technocrats of core industries apart from our Regular IAS . Objective should be set a vision and step by step planning to achieve .
We may name this body as BHARAT VIKAS SANGH.
