Addressing his fellow Indians from the Red Fort on 15th August 2014 the Prime Minister called for replacing the Planning Commission with another Institution that is in sync with the modern times and most importantly in sync with the aspirations of 21st century India. The Prime Minister also emphasized on the important role the states have to play in taking the nation forward.

This forum invites your innovative ideas on what shape will this proposed institution take in terms of structure, composition and area of functioning. Another area of focus that requires your inputs is how this proposed institution can enhance Centre-State coordination and thus become a true celebration of India’s Federal Structure.

Wow this is huge! With my little humble knowledge, I believe we do require an institute that has a vision and misson for the development of India, it would require expertiese from all sectors, Finance, HR, Scientist, Engineers, defence, and some other...not humdreds of them but a few like about 20 - 30. It should adopt the administrative frame work of ISO. Set number of individuals, assigned a set number of tasks, within a set time frame. This institute, I foresee as the Changeover Institute.

Since the independence, our government makes a plans but nobody knows that is that plans implemented or not, completed their requirement/needs or not etc. Therefore, a body should make who make a plan with the consultations/views of affected persons, execute the plans, monitor time to time and have a power of rejection in any time.

SATCOM technique use karke reality check kariye ki hows the projects going on bas files pe ho gyi paas aur fir ho gya ye nahin chalega. Please make a committee that will evaluate the progress and also ask the people, plan a survey that will confirm that the resources being released are reaching to the people or not in every 3-4 months. For this u may open a public forum, hire a third party surveying agency.Punish the respective officials if its not happening.

Sir mene yahan Oman country me mene dekha he. Ki yahan ki jo oman government he unnone samunder ke har khone me they have put power plant and desalination. Because they using sea water and getting two things. One is pur water for drinking after desalination and second thing they are producing electricity though waste water only. They are giving 24 hours electricity and 24 hours water supply. They dont have nuclear energy at all. So I kindly request to you. Please put more power plant near sea.

Prepare a creative team involving the best innovative minds in our country like a person from the IT field, a person from the field of science and technology, a person from the industries, a person from the health sector supreme court judge, a military personnel, a retired IAS officer and let them think freely. Young minds from the schools as well as colleges can play a key role in it. Organize competitions to get more innovative ideas and award them publicly per month.

I feel that we dont need a nuclear energy because it is not useful to nature. We are destroying our nature which god has blessed our india specially. Agar aap wind energy , Solar energy me jyaada zor de to definitely we will capable of producing electricity and without disturbing the nature. Kyunki bharat desh ka 1/ 4 hissa pani me he aur sumander se ghira hue he. So we generate the electricity through gas turbine. We can make sea water desalination into for drinking water .

Bullet trains lana aachi baat he Bharat me but pehle aap jahan jahan sinlge track he wahan wahan sab jagah double track kijiye from kashmir to kanya kumari. I am from himachal pradesh , I have seen 1914 me british government me humare pass single track nilkala the , jabki unke pass technology nahi thi unke pass but aaj bharat desh ke pass technology bhi he aur manpower bhi aur paise bhi he . To hum ye kaam badi aram se kar sakte he. Please make double track all over india instead of single track

We have found in ground that,more families has BPL card but their card number not found in DRDA published IAY waiting list,or BPL list.Again,MIS completed NBA toilets which has BPL FID numbers which are not matched with BPL list FID number family name.We are facing trouble for giving information to poor people,because maximum people dont know that their name-BPL Card number and actual Govt.sanctioned BPL list name-card number is not same.So,to whom u want to give something?
