Addressing his fellow Indians from the Red Fort on 15th August 2014 the Prime Minister called for replacing the Planning Commission with another Institution that is in sync with the modern times and most importantly in sync with the aspirations of 21st century India. The Prime Minister also emphasized on the important role the states have to play in taking the nation forward.

This forum invites your innovative ideas on what shape will this proposed institution take in terms of structure, composition and area of functioning. Another area of focus that requires your inputs is how this proposed institution can enhance Centre-State coordination and thus become a true celebration of India’s Federal Structure.

we just better coordination among the state and ministries of center. They are like a musical band in which each person is singing his/her own song. So we need coordination we have enough planning (5 year plane, NDC). we need a comitee consist departmental centeral and state ministers and sectries plus some exeprts of particualer issue. Like for Nationl Security- Defence minister + State authorityr+ nationl security adviser and some nationalist thinker. Make a long term palne set yearlt tragets.

actually we dnt need a planning commission separately with expensive toilets..infact every govnmnt dept can have their planning department like HR, like finance, like legal department.and dat can make the future policies with a definite aim , with intellectual team ...responsible fully for themselves and d governmnet

I am really excited to see ideas flowing and am happy to have a contributed a little. Would be great if government representatives can probably make a post or two to understand if these ideas are being considered or a when can we expect some feedback around this or whether some of these ideas are in line to what might happen.

Planning which has famous during psst times because of the irrelevant and unworthy which it introduced for peoples rasi.g great outcry.It should be replaced by a panel consosting of distinguished and renowed people of our consisting an economist,IITIan to give their views on major issues and senior judges of supreme court who can better analyze matter and give thwir recommendations qs followed in other counteries.

Sustainable Development Authority of India be the new name. States be made partner in creating sustainable development for India. Funds be released in structured manner with detailed discussion and follow through on each rupee spent. We can not afford to have many loopholes in the system. Citizens be made aware of the activities and inputs. Every whistleblower must be rewarded for bringing corruption to the notice.

योजना आयोग की जगह "राष्ट्रीय अधिष्ठान " का निर्माण हो ,जिसका मूल मंत्र "गीता सुगीता कर्तव्या " हो । अर्थात कर्म " गीता" आधारित " कर्तव्य "सदृश हों ;जो अंततः सुंदर गीत बन जाए । इसी मे राष्ट्र उत्थान निहित है ।

॥ ॐ ॥ आदरणीय महोदय, यह राष्ट्र अनन्त शुद्ध-देशभक्तों और बुद्धीजीवियों से परिपूर्ण है। यदि वास्तव में "प्लानिंग कमीशन" को सम्यक-विचार => योजना => क्रियान्वयन तक ले जाना चाहते हैं, तो सुझाव है कि एक 108 सदस्यों की "गुरु-सभा" का निर्माण हो, जिसका मनोनयन प्रधानमंत्री स्वयं रिसर्च करके करें, जिसमें देश भर के ज्ञानी मनीषि, समाज के हर क्षेत्र, कार्यक्षेत्र, उद्योग, वर्ग के (शुद्ध राष्ट्रीय चेतना वाले, चरित्रवान) विशेषज्ञ हों जो बिना किसी वेतन की इच्छा के योजनाएँ बनाकर मार्गदर्शन करें । ॥ ॐ ॥

body koi ho use is bat pe dhyan dena hoga ki wo kisi mudde pe faisla lene ke liye bhut mantarlyo se jo samay bitana padta hai wo kam ho ek agriculture jaise mahatwapurn mudde ko bhi 10 mantarlya ghumna padta hai main manta hu wo jaruri hai magar use kam samay me kiya jaye ye bhi to jaruri hai
