Addressing his fellow Indians from the Red Fort on 15th August 2014 the Prime Minister called for replacing the Planning Commission with another Institution that is in sync with the modern times and most importantly in sync with the aspirations of 21st century India. The Prime Minister also emphasized on the important role the states have to play in taking the nation forward.

This forum invites your innovative ideas on what shape will this proposed institution take in terms of structure, composition and area of functioning. Another area of focus that requires your inputs is how this proposed institution can enhance Centre-State coordination and thus become a true celebration of India’s Federal Structure.

For our federal system the best forum will be the Centre -State Governance Council headed by the PM with Central Ministries, CMs, experts,renowned nationalistic thinkers pooled in thematic working groups with a focus on new thinking and shared developmental agenda. Winding up the white elephant like the PC is a great leap of faith. Maybe you can reboot the Civil Services by reducing the exit age to 55 with an option to take pension or serial screening tests and continue till 60 - 62 - 65

मोदी जी कृपया सभी नगर निगम कर्मचारियों ,सभी सरकारी अफसरों और सभी नेताओं पार्षद से लेकर MP तक के लिए राईट टू रिकॉल लागू करिये जैसे अमेरिका में है तभी भ्रष्टाचार पूरी तरह मिटेगा वर्ना सिस्टम नहीं बदलेगा और जूरी सिस्टम देश में तुरंत लागू करिये ताकि अदालतों से भ्रष्टाचार मिटेगा क्यूंकि 15 लोगों की जूरी को कोई अपराधी खरीद नहीं सकता। देश के लिए ये 2 काम तुरंत करिये। देश में आवारा कुत्तो और जानवरो की रोकथाम के लिए कृपया एक एनिमल कंट्रोल बोर्ड बनाइये जैसे अमेरिका में है.

continue..which is not possible bcd my mom was leaving in oddisa before her dad passed away. now we are staying in gujrat. i request u to plz simplify document needs bcd its too much problems to go all places and make affidavit for all thing thought they not able to get passport..

sir your one point was to remove rules and polices which are not useful right now in 21st century..thats very gr8 task...it would be gr8 if u simplify rules for government related works n certificates like birth certificate, marriage certificate and visa-passport. i knw passport application is a lot simplified now with online but the documents they asks and all its so much painful for my parents to get passport thought they have election card and aadhar card they want leaving certificate only

Respeced Modiji, I think that there is a need of educational qualification criteria for being a politician. Please amend a law about it making graduation as qualification criteria for new people to enter politics. Please give your insightful thought to it.

Sir please put the one independent technical and commercial head for all departments recruited on basis of past experience on respective field having professional back ground not political one. Make a committee uniting these representatives leaded by the reputed person like ratan tata , APJ Abdul Kalam shab ect, , let this committee decide the planning for upcoming 5 years independently , they will suggest budget to government which will be allotted by ministry of finance.

Have a representation of Industry people for each sector in the planning commission. This people should have a tenure of atleast 3 - 5 years.

The proposed Indian Federal Planning and Development Commission(IF-PDC) is a body of experts consisting of 10 members.3 members from different fields,2 from corporate sector,4 Chief Ministers representing North,South,East and Western India.One from Agriculture and Rural sector. Finance Minister will be Ex-Officio member.IF-PDC will work under direct supervision of Planning Minister.The tenure of members shall vary from 1-3 yrs.The Representative Chief Ministers will have 1 yr tenure.

EVERY MONTH SUGGESTIONS TO BE COLLECTED BY EVERY COLLEGES AND THE SAME TO BE REVIEWED BY STATE COLLECTORS COUNCIL CONSISTS OF AGE GROUPS AND PASSED FOR THE STATE AND CENTRAL GOVERNMENT FOR FURTHER IMPLEMENTATIONS.YOUTHS IDEAS WITH ELDERS GUIDANCE WILL BE ROUTED.

PLANNING COMMISSION SHOULD BE CHANGED BY "RUNNING DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION". IT WILL ANALYSE THE CURRENT SITUATION OF DIFFERENT SECTORS AND INFORM IT TO THE SUB-ORGANIZATIONS WHICH WILL FOLLOW THE FURTHER PROCEEDINGS FOR THE WORK TO BE DONE. IT WILL SOLVE THE PROBLEM IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME AND WE WILL NOT REQUIRE ANY PLANNING COMMISSION.
