Addressing his fellow Indians from the Red Fort on 15th August 2014 the Prime Minister called for replacing the Planning Commission with another Institution that is in sync with the modern times and most importantly in sync with the aspirations of 21st century India. The Prime Minister also emphasized on the important role the states have to play in taking the nation forward.

This forum invites your innovative ideas on what shape will this proposed institution take in terms of structure, composition and area of functioning. Another area of focus that requires your inputs is how this proposed institution can enhance Centre-State coordination and thus become a true celebration of India’s Federal Structure.

need of development may differ from one state to another. which state needs what? to be thought on priority basis fund should be released and periodically checked. Irrespective of which party is in power in the states. creating laws is also planning ,for maintaining law and order. Execution of the laws is also important. only creating rules will not. help rules breakers should be brought to book. Likewise the new body should act. But diplomatically. thanks

it is index of the development steps to be taken in the future with time limit.it prescribes what steps to be taken to progress consistently. If the prescription isn't followed by the states the onus is on states.monitoring should be done by the panel members. Accountability and monitoring is need of the hour. the best use of the fund is mandatory, until then no more funding from the center. This should be done diplomatically, bcause good center-state bond prospers India. thanks for opportunity

Dear Sh. Modiji, please look into expanding/restructuring the judiciary. There are far too many cases that have been pending since long. According to a recent finding, the civil courts are currently dealing with cases filed for regular hearing in 2007. Perhaps setting up special courts to look into pending cases coupled with strict guidelines for qualifying a case to be filed for regular hearing will help reduce the backlog. Until then, justice delayed will, in most cases, remain justice denied.

THE NEW NAME FOR PLANNING COMMISSION, OUGHT TO BE “सुभीत” OR “सुभा” “SUBHITA, BHARATA AAYOGA ” “ सुभीता भारत आयोग“ MEANING ‘BETTER BHARATA AAYOGA’. THE COMMISSION’S WORK SPHERE CONSISTS OF WIDER ACTIVITIES . THE SPHERE OF COMMISSION IS ON THE STALK OF THE NEW LEAF, AND INDIA IS THE ROLLING SPHERE UNDER THE FORESIGHT, PROTECTIVE AND PROVIDING LEAF, DENOTES ITS MOVEMENT AS UPWARDS ON THE GOLDEN PATH. TAG LINE IS 'SURAJYA KI ORE'

The planning mission should be integrated with Government Headquarters. And a chain of linkage with each department should be established and monitored by Planning commission, to analyse and incorporate necessary plans in each department.

Centre should allot money, Blue print of a particular project and required technical know-how to states. Rest all state has to do. It is like working, as Pizza Hut, Macdonald chain works, wherever you go you will find the same taste and in india whichever state you go you will get the same infrastructure and development. Compare the expenditure and output of different states and automatically any malpractice will get surfaced. Keep all the defaulter away from any future projects.

1. The new body should be of short term basis let's say for a year or six months. 2. Instead of one big plan divide it to many short term plans that will constitute one big plan. 3. Monitoring and balancing in input with output is essential. One has to take up the plan do it and deliver the positive output of "Work done successfully" 4. Instead of several people one project has to be assign to one group of people with a group leader who will be answerable and responsible for the said project.

National security: There were reports that Google and CIA work hand in glove. Has the contest for PMO app been entrusted to google ? If so whether the above fact is checked ? With such participation can we have data security ? The papers were reporting that many companies utilised by UIDAI had CIA connections. Snowden declared that CIA was into collecting biometric data from world across. In the circumstances, why is the Government going ahead with Aadhar ? cant we have purely Indian methods?
