Addressing his fellow Indians from the Red Fort on 15th August 2014 the Prime Minister called for replacing the Planning Commission with another Institution that is in sync with the modern times and most importantly in sync with the aspirations of 21st century India. The Prime Minister also emphasized on the important role the states have to play in taking the nation forward.

This forum invites your innovative ideas on what shape will this proposed institution take in terms of structure, composition and area of functioning. Another area of focus that requires your inputs is how this proposed institution can enhance Centre-State coordination and thus become a true celebration of India’s Federal Structure.

We in India have adopted many policies and practices prevailing in the developed countries but Card Punching in all cadres is a policy which is kept at a distance , no country can progress by discrimination and without discipline

Trade Unions work in the intereast of the Organisation & its employees, in many states registration of trade unions is time consuming, even after registration the Management does not entertain these Union's, leaders are victimised if they oppose the management , the workers are being deprived of their facilities & the management is diverting it to their cadre. In the VI pay commission the term of 10 years was fixed for the non unionised executives but the poor workers were also roped in

Effective, Speedy Resolution of CM offices with a central body in Delhi, that will be inter linked with every MINISTER OF STATE directly. This, believe me, will sort most discrepancies, most misunderstandings, between centre and state. This will also help CM be in line, with the centre watching their moves, their progresses and their hinderances. Whats most important is that a viable link, inter personal activity between centre and state be set up. Quicker the better.

Dear Sir, we found it great decision as today we are really effected by planning only and not timely execution. we should develop a Development Monitoring Board which will ensure that every ministory will ensure timely execution of all activities and resolve any pending matters. Decision should be taken quickly with no compromise on quality. Sub-contracting system should be banned as it always effect the product quality. thanks

YES BY INCREASING FOCUS ON OUR DOMESTIC AND LOCAL MANUFACTURING ON DEFENCE PROJECTS IN PPP MODE WE CAN SAVE MONEY & REDUCE OUR DEFENCE BUDGET BY 50% . EMPLOYMENT ALSO WOULD BE GENERATED BY THIS LOCAL PRODUCTION.

A Institute is badly need to our India that can build, develop, monitor new/Metro cities so that lakhs of job creation, decentralization of population from metro & big cities, reduce the money inflow to selected metros only. Reduction of population density in metros and divert to new cities , reduce burdens of mass from the hospitals like AIIMS,PGI Chandigarh,TATA Memorial etc. If we able to generate new possibilities then not only we could solve our existing problems but also can see new horizons

WE ARE ALL AROUND BY ENEMIES AND WE CANNOT AAFORD TO USE DEFENCE BUDGET FOR FLOOD RELIEF, THAT WOULD BE DISASTEROUS FOR THE COUNTRY, PAKISTAN AND CHINA ARE NO.1 ENEMIES OF INDIA AND WOULD COME INSIDE UPTILLBHOPAL IF WE DONOT HAVE DEFENCE BUDGET AND MODERNISATION OF ARMED FORCES.

DO BEFORE NATION- should be our new Logo ( for planning commission ). Disaster Management needs a new approach, not just Disaster relief but more money should be spent on Disaster prevention. Rather than allocate 100000 crore to defence, if for one year we spend 1000 core only on Flood Prevention on all Rivers in India along with the help of our population, we can make India "FLOOD FREE " any one listening ! It is really simple.

Dear Modiji, rather than spending 1000 crores as flood relief, is it not better to give a 100 crore plan for a river's "Flood prevention plan " and spend 900 crores on other things ! Well, this is the problem that we are a "Do after " Nation and not a "Do before " Nation. We have to be now "Do Before Nation" this can be achieved by 1. Working on Flood prevention systems 2. Work on Better flowing rivers 3. Work on extra water passage systems, if interested in details email me.
