I think the new body to be constituted must have at least one member from every field of modern society,because only farmer knows the actual problems not an agriculture officer.For example Dr. Harsh Vardhan,Minister of Health Dept.,Govt. of India is a professional medical practitioner so he knows what are problems faced by patients as well as doctors in day to day life. More ever any scheme implemented through states must have designed according to atmosphere and needs of the state.

Topic: Mission Clean India
There has been a lot of focus and emphasis from the Government on cleanliness. Definitely, the drive demands active participation more from people than the steps by the authorities. For, any amount of effort would be inadequate if we don't bring behavioral change among us. We must develop an affinity for cleanliness and restrain ourselves from littering the public space.

really it is a good decision to replace the Planning commission and while our beloved prime minister declared about its replacement it was a public discussion from Palli(goan) to Delhi and most of the people welcome the step to be taken for replacement of the same. Further the post of RDC should also be replaced as there is no need of its function in the present time.

* Formation of committee with TOP scientists, professors, students and other professionals to generate detailed reports of projects before sanctioned by Planning Commission is very important.
India is filled with problems, and right decisions by 'Planning Commission" is very important for progress of country as well as sustainability.
* Make transparent commission.
* Host Opinion polls to ease important decisions.

Planning commission should formulate 2 year plans and this should be of agile methodology which should have constructive approach for development of indigenous resources. The reason for 2year plan is, at least twice, a stable 5 year term government can focus on critical activities/policies that need to be focused. The basic reason for having agile methodology in this case is to get the result if not 100% at least 60% can be achieved so that the activity/policy can be enhanced further.

Rajasthan Energy Minister Said Govt lost 55 Crore in Power theft every year. He just said what he was told. But that is not fully true. Who steals so much power ?
It is the Industries running in unauthorized areas that steal power. And this is with connivance of the Engineers of that area.
Just issue an order that if the power theft in the area is not brought below 20 % within a month, the whole staff including Engineers Accountants Technicians of that area will be terminated.
And see the result
