Addressing his fellow Indians from the Red Fort on 15th August 2014 the Prime Minister called for replacing the Planning Commission with another Institution that is in sync with the modern times and most importantly in sync with the aspirations of 21st century India. The Prime Minister also emphasized on the important role the states have to play in taking the nation forward.

This forum invites your innovative ideas on what shape will this proposed institution take in terms of structure, composition and area of functioning. Another area of focus that requires your inputs is how this proposed institution can enhance Centre-State coordination and thus become a true celebration of India’s Federal Structure.

what happened to black money SIT, nobody knows, what is the role of CVC if CBI director has been talking to corrupt officials so many times at his residence, some corrupt persons he has met 90 times in 450 days that means every 5th day in a week. see how much time he has for personal work. present nda govt. has to act, they told zero tolerance to corruption. where is zero tolerance?

100 days me central govt. employees ko 7% DA mil gaya , pur aam admi ki jeb khali he. price rise, inflation unemployment, corruption me koi improvement nahi he. 24x7x365 electricity to all , education to all, health to all, food to all is a very very distant dream only.

Crude oil prices are dailly falling there is scope of reduction of at least Rs.10/- for both petrol and diesle, if it is done it will help to reduce price rise, inflation immediately. golden opportunity for nda to act fast as in last 100 days we have not seen even 1 rupee price fall in food items, vegetables, fruits, wheat, rice, pulses on ground. inflation as it is is on the same platform during upa

govt. has taken no initiative on lokpal & corruption, if lokpal is appointed like present CBI director what will happen to the country. when Sc had declared all coal blocks are illegal from 1993 onwards why govt. is trying to save 46 blocks, as it is no production has happened as far as coal or power is concerned. it is better if all coal blocks are cancelled & penalty and punishment is given to all concerned. Fresh auction should be done & no freebies/ subsidy to coal/power companies

first my suggestion is to induct more ministers in central govt. at least 30 otherwise we will have govt. with no governance, how can ministers handle 2-3 ministries at a time and do justice to such a big nation. Mr. Arun jaitley is heavilly loaded with 2 high profile ministries, there are 280 M.P's in BJP are others not capable

there are so many deppt.s in the country which are for name sake and people are getting salary for free for doing nothing, planning commision was one of them , we donot want another institution same like it and do nothing

Planning Commission should be replaced by the Group of imminent personality from all the sphere of life be it Medical, Defense, Administration, Media , Sports, Business Fraternity, NGO, Finance or so on & so forth . These Group of personality can only help to build Stronger and Prosperous India.

दूसरी बात ये की सरकार अच्छी योजना चलती भी है तो बीचोलिए उसको सही चलने नही देते तो आपका इस पर ध्यान आकर्षित करते हुए कहना चाहूँगा की नई संस्था में कुछ परिवर्तन करके बीचोलियों का समाधान किया जाए जिससे देश के लोगो को आपसे सीधा जुड़ने का लाभ मिल सके जय हिन्द !

योजना आयोग को हटाना अच्छा कदम है मैं इसकी सराहना करता हूँ परंतु माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी जो भी योजना आयोग की जगह ले उस टीम में केवल राजनेता ही ना हो ऐसे व्यक्ति भी हो जो वास्तव में ज़मीन से जुड़े हुए हो जैसे सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता व कॉलेज के प्रोफेसर इत्यादि और योजना जिस के लिए बन रही है उसका भी मत जान लेना चाहिए की वास्तव में ये योजना उचित है भी या नही !

Planning commision should be replaced by new institutions, where the new institution should have experts to deal with different departments, think tanks from prestigious institutions and departments can be welcomed . there is a need to have a virtual lab to deal with making of models of different infrastructural projects. also related softwares may also be studied. research teams can also be sent to abroad to study certain projects. Also a team should deal with collecting citizen's feedback.
