Addressing his fellow Indians from the Red Fort on 15th August 2014 the Prime Minister called for replacing the Planning Commission with another Institution that is in sync with the modern times and most importantly in sync with the aspirations of 21st century India. The Prime Minister also emphasized on the important role the states have to play in taking the nation forward.

This forum invites your innovative ideas on what shape will this proposed institution take in terms of structure, composition and area of functioning. Another area of focus that requires your inputs is how this proposed institution can enhance Centre-State coordination and thus become a true celebration of India’s Federal Structure.

Sir This is a modified version of our suggestion. It is in three pages. So I had to upload it in photo format. If required I can mail the pdf version also. Request you to spare few minutes. It is a well thought and useful plan. Hope this system will be effective.

Planning commission should be a platform where ministers, diplomats , think tanks and universities. When planning suppose anything about agriculture then best minds from agriculture universities , climate universities . diplomats , and of course ministers should be invited and everyone should nearly power , no autonomy of rank or power should be there , then each plan by our planning commission would be perfect and loophole and corruption free.

with out mechanisam you can not touch the lower people.if you want to do somehting for poor people then educate higher officials in all government and police department.teach them how to give respect to other.this is simple thing but once they learn they will autometically do their work honestly. without having idea what is powerty how they can do something for poor people or for nation.because majority part of nation is under powerty and they are young too.so please first prepare roadmap of implementation procedure , less corruption , give training and information to higher officials about need of poor people.

increase salary of police deparmtent and municipal corporation deaprtment of city and urbendevelopment department of state and central.because less of less salary they are doing corruption and its from top to bottom.if their salary increas then they will follow all planning and rules.

Implimentation is the Important key in any planning.Hire non corrupeted employee or NGOs t implement any new idea.you or your office had not given any data based so we can suggest concrit suggestions.please give data of economics,goverment spents to all ministries and departments.based on that data I can suggest how to implement new scheme or which scheme should be introduced.1st all details should be inform for thinking in a way. do something for police department to minimise corruption.

I think, electric meters were introduced to avoid prevent electricity misuses and to promote “save electricity”. But, it’s a matter of sorrow that nation is facing shortage of power while a lot of people are stealing electricity by “By passing the installed meters”. Govt. can hire the indirect electricity consumers (who are migrant & use electricity on behalf of building owners.) on commission basis. It will not only create new opportunities but also generate revenue for the government in form of the penalty.

The new institution can be name as BHARAT PRAGITI PATH, which will not only plan for long terms but set goal on yearly basis and their should be a dead line for completion of task. The work of the institute should be graded by public.
