Addressing his fellow Indians from the Red Fort on 15th August 2014 the Prime Minister called for replacing the Planning Commission with another Institution that is in sync with the modern times and most importantly in sync with the aspirations of 21st century India. The Prime Minister also emphasized on the important role the states have to play in taking the nation forward.

This forum invites your innovative ideas on what shape will this proposed institution take in terms of structure, composition and area of functioning. Another area of focus that requires your inputs is how this proposed institution can enhance Centre-State coordination and thus become a true celebration of India’s Federal Structure.

Plastic material should be banned for use in India. It has became a man made calamity and a threat for environment. This should be started by high rates and taxation on the plastic material specially polythene and carry bags

We will define a set of indicators 500 or so which will completely picture the condition of an area. (Eg. of parameters are, Air pollution level like PM10, no of rape cases, water quality, air quality, per capita income, population growth rate, electricity supply, road condition, sports achievements etc) . Then we will make a report card of each and every public servant (political and non political), MP, MLA and make him accountable towards these indicators according to his area of concern.

as the time for planning commission name is over i wil sugest one throuh this -1.federal senate,2. federal advisory/ development board,3. federal planning comision, AND TAG LINE-- FEDERAL PROSPECT OF PROSPERITY.

instead of planning commission the name of the institution CENTRAL-STATE ESTABLISHEDMENT COMMISSION.where a state govt represatative who can arise the view in the commission meeting but the final decission will be its executive meeting. the funding may be arise on state development activities and its utilisation rank.

Planning and knowledge commission can be clubbed made tech commission which includes scientist , sincere business people, researchers , agriculturist . This tech commission will dynamically suggest the PM for quick solutions to the problems.

The body can be named -- mahashakti bharat because only a nationalist party can think of making india a economic and military superpower. It is already an aadhyatmic superpower. It will have development wing comprising pm and 29 cm. it will have governance reforms wing to transform existing exploitative british created babudom comprising of 2 crore plus employees of central, state and local bodies into a fully accountable citizen sensitive and citizen friendly machinery.
