Addressing his fellow Indians from the Red Fort on 15th August 2014 the Prime Minister called for replacing the Planning Commission with another Institution that is in sync with the modern times and most importantly in sync with the aspirations of 21st century India. The Prime Minister also emphasized on the important role the states have to play in taking the nation forward.

This forum invites your innovative ideas on what shape will this proposed institution take in terms of structure, composition and area of functioning. Another area of focus that requires your inputs is how this proposed institution can enhance Centre-State coordination and thus become a true celebration of India’s Federal Structure.

Let us have some thing similar to what large companies have... They have a one year target/ plan (short term) and also long term that is 3-5 years. We need to have these at national level also. Targets and goals need to be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time bound - SMART! This plan could include both short term investments, resources etc needed to achieve these plans

Developing the Small scale industry is perhaps the best way to create jobs, for the industry to develop the unit require consistent and reliable manpower for which a friendly Labour law is required. Due to fear of red tape enrolling labour under ESI and PF is avoided whereas it should be loved since the employer and employee are protected, moreover when the contribution to ESI and PF on behalf of the employee which is about 25% proves burdensome to the employer since in small firms the employee

planning commission may be replaced by Mantralaya Parishad and should be directly under group of ministers as every ministry has linkage to another ministry. Mantralaya Parishad should make short term and long term target. Short term for 5 years and long term goal exceeding 5 years. There should not be any plan - only make plan with implementable goals, which can start immediately. Parishad will ensure that every ministry is responsible fully for his ministries agenda, than passing to other dept

Avoid Red Tape. This is the main concern for foreign investors looking forward in India. Center should ensure that that all the states are given equal opportunity as the govt. had earlier said that unless states are in the right path towards development then whatever the initiatives taken by the center, it goes in vain. the planning body should comprise of intellectuals, corrupt free bureaucrats and environmentalists who thinks that country's welfare is the first priority.

On lodging comp. with public grievances cell in M/o P & PG online, we get a complaint no. only. Instead of getting reply from the PPG, we find that the our complaint has been forwarded to the org. against which we had lodged complaint but they failed to satisfy the complainant.. This is wrong practice and intentionally applied by PPG to harass the Public. P & PG should get reply from the org. and satisfy themselves before intimating the complainant. Whole process should complete in 15 days.

How to reduce Import (direct-indirectly) of 80% in small industries? Automation ( PLC, Sensor..), CNC (Stepper and Servo Motor), Textile (machinery..), Optics(Machinery)... If we target 100 industries with 5 most used parts/machinery, and spend 1 to 3 crore for one parts/machinery, than total budget is 100X5X2=1000 Crore. In 1000 crorer, we can reduce import of 1000000 crorer. Do you agree with me ?

Before we do anything, we need to flush this corruption first. even today also if you go in government offices for work purpose they will ask for money, for any work to get complete or ells they will not reply you and because of that every citizen of India would like to go through agent to finish their work. I think to stop that corruption we need to fix cameras in every government office. everything should be online (create government domain for every single work) and online paying system.
