Addressing his fellow Indians from the Red Fort on 15th August 2014 the Prime Minister called for replacing the Planning Commission with another Institution that is in sync with the modern times and most importantly in sync with the aspirations of 21st century India. The Prime Minister also emphasized on the important role the states have to play in taking the nation forward.

This forum invites your innovative ideas on what shape will this proposed institution take in terms of structure, composition and area of functioning. Another area of focus that requires your inputs is how this proposed institution can enhance Centre-State coordination and thus become a true celebration of India’s Federal Structure.

my friend scored 174000 rank in jee main 2014 and he got admission in nit kurukshetra but i scored 95000 rank after that i did not get admission in any government institution. from my side, to help the needy and poor people you sould give the scholarship to them but not to give reservation in any entrance exam. so i hope that u will take an appropriate action on my suggestion because this reservation system divide the society into many groups and produce the filling of hate inthe gen. cat.people

sir, i waana say that reservation quota system is wrong in case of competition and job test.sir all the general cat. people hope that u will take some action against ths system, because in hind we say that bavan ne sbi ko dimag aur body same di h then why we need to take the help of reservation system. sir iam not saying that not tohelp the poor people but i am try tosay that this system is wrong in competition exam.

Mr. PRIME MINISTER , I have an idea of an institution where all the HEADS OF THE STATES like CHIEF MINISTERS are a part of it and 5 MINISTERS of the CENTRAL CABINET namely (FINANCE,HRD ,DEFENSE,EXTERNAL AFFAIRS AND LAW) be a part of it headed by the PM.This will also consist of 3 members of the opposition party .And this institution will have 7 specialists of their field like BUSINESS,SECURITY, INT.RELATIONS, LAW AND etc.Which will help in efficient working in the specific fields. THANK YOU

Saving Energy Moving Nation Procedure to save electricity during computer Operation A normal working Computer uses 0.25 units of Electricity in an hour [4 hrs-1unit] Many times Computer although not in use but left on and because of it ,most essential electricity is used up. So because of it there have to be a automated inbuilt power management system which is to be present in computer .Once this system present is activated this inbuilt system will automatically get switch off the Computer

100 smart cities. Decongest Delhi, by moving out ministries to new smart cities of 15 x 15 km size cities. Like, ministry of defence with service hqs to Rajasthan, railway ministry near nagpur, commerce to north of mumbai, health to kochin, it to bangalore, transport to hyderabad,aviation to chenai, coal and mines to bengal/odisha, forest to bihar. create new cities self contained, planned and place for living by all classes in the society with modern hightech facilities, build from scratch.

Form a institution(STRUCTURE REFORM ORGANISATION) in which head of this institution should be PM. from Different fields like education, space, agriculture, civil engineering, economist etc chief of such organisation should be member of this structure reform organisation and their work is to give advise on implementation of gov programs and give new suggestions for future structuring in all backward areas. form a coordinating group to help CM of states.

शहर गाँव को स्वच्छ रखने के लिये देश के हर नागरिक को इसे अपना नैतिक अधिकार भी समझना पङेगा तभी देश स्वच्छ हो पायेगा और दूसरा हर राज्य को उसकी स्वच्छता पर अंक दे कर उन राज्यों को केन्द्र से अर्थ रुप में पुरस्कृत करने से उस राज्य का मनोबल बढेगा । और वो राज्य और अच्छा करने का प्रयास करेगा । सफाई का मूल्याकंन कागजी आधार पर ना करके उस क्षेत्र मे जा के निरीक्षण किया जाना चाहिये ये काम विधायकों के कार्य क्षेत्र के आधार पर भी किया जा सकता है । मै आप को अपना व्यक्तिगत अनुभव बताऊ कि मेरा कभी भी साफ स्थान को देख कर थूकने का तक मन नही करता मैं यह सोचता हूंकि कहीं थूकदान या गंदा स्थान दिखे तो मैं थूक सकू । मेरे कहने का यह मतलब है कि अगर हमारा शहर इतना साफ रहे कि लोग गंदगी फैलाने से पहले दस बार सोचे ।

Major reforms should made in our judiciary system. Govt should think beyond constitution which was made decades ago. Lakhs of cases r pending in the court. Govt should remove the system of APPEAL. What's the point in appealing the same case to other Court which also gives judgement abiding the same Law. Cases should start&end in the same Court. Cases to be distributed based on the crime.Convicted person should b given a chance to appeal/review judgement in same Court after getting evidence.
