Addressing his fellow Indians from the Red Fort on 15th August 2014 the Prime Minister called for replacing the Planning Commission with another Institution that is in sync with the modern times and most importantly in sync with the aspirations of 21st century India. The Prime Minister also emphasized on the important role the states have to play in taking the nation forward.

This forum invites your innovative ideas on what shape will this proposed institution take in terms of structure, composition and area of functioning. Another area of focus that requires your inputs is how this proposed institution can enhance Centre-State coordination and thus become a true celebration of India’s Federal Structure.

Major reforms should made in our judiciary system. Govt should think beyond constitution which was made decades ago. Lakhs of cases r pending in the court. Govt should remove the system of APPEAL. What's the point in appealing the same case to other Court which also gives judgement abiding the same Law. Cases should start&end in the same Court. Cases to be distributed based on the crime.Convicted person should b given a chance to appeal/review judgement in same Court after getting evidence.

Planning and its implementation can be effective and productive if it is done by the people for whom the planning is done. So the Panchayat level and District level planning should be done. At the same time financial autonomy should also be provided at the same level. the accountability for this can be fixed at every level

Make a division that will have 4-5 states in each division all over India. Each division will be having group of members from all sectors(HEALTH. EDUCATION, POWER,AGRICULTURE,IT,MEDIA AND GOVT ETC) headed by Divisional Chief Minister ( He can be retired IAS, or retired Chief Justice ). Then every quarter they will be meeting and discussing all the state level and national level activities happening in that division. They will access progress achieved and area of improvement.

Major changes have to be made to reform our judiciary system. The govt had to think above the constitution which was made decades ago based upon the countries situation at that time. Their have been lacs of cases pending in the court.Govt should remove the system of APPEAL.Its very odd to refer the same case from lower Court to higher Court where both the courts abide and give decision within the limits of the same LAW.Cases should start&end in the same Court.Allotment to b madebased upon crime

Modi Ji's regular simple talk with youth and rest of Indian will create self confidence in the society.People are breaking the false wall created by the bureaucratic and aristocratic style adopted the old PMS.The days are not away when every Indian will be full of self confidence & sense of real patriotism.Society is still astonishing on PM’s simple style ,after few days Indians will come out of politically created trauma by classical politicians and will be in action as per Modi’s worlds,.

I would like to propose a set up as below: We have around 50ministries under govt, so each ministry or group of ministries(similar one counted as group) can propose the names(2or3) to the president to represent them and president on the advice of PM may select one among them and appoint to the new planning commission.Few senior ministers along-with leader of both houses may also be the part of it.So, we may have good 20-30 members from every sphere of life(diversity) to contribute to the nation
