Addressing his fellow Indians from the Red Fort on 15th August 2014 the Prime Minister called for replacing the Planning Commission with another Institution that is in sync with the modern times and most importantly in sync with the aspirations of 21st century India. The Prime Minister also emphasized on the important role the states have to play in taking the nation forward.

This forum invites your innovative ideas on what shape will this proposed institution take in terms of structure, composition and area of functioning. Another area of focus that requires your inputs is how this proposed institution can enhance Centre-State coordination and thus become a true celebration of India’s Federal Structure.

The Institution should be named as " INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL OF INDIA" IN HINDI SHOULD BE NAME AS "SAMAGRA VIKAS PARISAD" AND TAG LINE SHOULD BE "SAB KA SATH SABKA VIKAS"

major line losses in electricity supply can be improved by following action (1)-there should be meter connected to every transformer so that how many units are supplied in area covered by that transformer (2)- monthly billed units to be compared with transformer reading (3)-areawise losses to be compared (4)-areas to be rated accordingly (5)-lesser losses area to be in a grade while higher losses in b grade (6)-Line losses to be billed as per area performance hence promoting honesty

Respected P.M ji I am unware of planning commission work.l have only heard about yojna& result of these yojana showed Ghoose& Ghotala Mahangai &simple things doing in complicated way. All such situations forced me to think that systems should change .There must be a system where honest& hard working must be rewarded&appreciated by auhhorities and defaming system should develop against dishonest & currupt personalities.tThis 0 percent tolerenc for corruption be implemented

MSME sector should be given maximum thrust . Entrepreneurship and innovation should be the part of college and school syllabus. There should be new financial venture capital schemes for converting college projects by students to business ventures. The field institutes for the promotion of MSMEs under the ministry of MSME and District Industry Centres should be strengthened to help aspiring prospective entrepreneurs.

Correption is the main issue to build a new india. Yet condition all goverment employes involved in correption. All state goverment servent also included. Watch all market rate for building india. Please stop the commision base work. Rto Police. Road construction is involved in corrption

"Bhartiya Bullet Development Commision" and it should consider public Polls but only by the verified and educated Bhartiya Citizens. All the Yojnas by Center and State should be available online on a same link. All the achievements and problems should be available online. Part time Free of Cost support by citizens should be appreciated.

Sir , As Australian PM is on successful visit in India . I have one suggestion that in Australia there is longest river Murrey in Australia. And they have maintained his cleanliness and beauty . So by his visit we can have discussion on that and ask for techniques and idea to Clean Ganga .

After dismantling the existing Planning Commission, a new body in the name of Central Planning Authority may be established. The Chairman of the Central Planning Authority (CPA) should be Hon'ble PM, Finance, Home, Defence, Power, Coal, HRD ministers as members along with respective State Government CMs or FMs also. Core infrastructure projects should be cleared in single window concept in one or two sittings. Cabinet Secretary as Secretary of the CPA. Higher value projects can be cleared by CPA
