Addressing his fellow Indians from the Red Fort on 15th August 2014 the Prime Minister called for replacing the Planning Commission with another Institution that is in sync with the modern times and most importantly in sync with the aspirations of 21st century India. The Prime Minister also emphasized on the important role the states have to play in taking the nation forward.

This forum invites your innovative ideas on what shape will this proposed institution take in terms of structure, composition and area of functioning. Another area of focus that requires your inputs is how this proposed institution can enhance Centre-State coordination and thus become a true celebration of India’s Federal Structure.

मण्डलायुक्त व जन सलाहकार मिलकर राज्य योजना आयोग का स्थान लेंगे। इनमें से कोई मण्डलायुक्त या उनका कोई प्रतिनिधि व इनमें से कोई जन सलाहकार या उनका प्रतिनिधि केन्द्रीय योजना आयोग का स्थान लेगा। केन्द्रीय तंत्र के लिए मण्डलायुक्तों में चुनाव वरिष्ठता के आधार किया जा सकता है, चयनित मण्डलायुक्त अपने स्थान पर अपना प्रतिनिधि नियुक्त कर सकता है। चयनित जन सलाहकारों में आम सहमति या इच्छुक जन सलाहकार का साक्षात्कार लेकर उनका नेतृत्वकर्ता चुना जा सकता है। यह नेतृृत्वकर्ता अपना प्रतिनिधि चुन सकता है।

अभी तक योजना आयोग में जनता की भागिदारी नही ंहोती थी। अतः नये तंत्र में जनता की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित की जाए। किसी प्रदेश की अधिक जानकारी वहां कार्य कर रहे प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों को अधिक होती है। जिसके कारण जिला योजना बैठकें की जाती हैं। इसी तर्ज पर मण्डलायुक्तों को नए तंत्र में राज्य का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए चुना जाए। जनता के बीच का नेतृत्व करने के लिए जनप्रतिनिधि के स्थान पर एक योग्य युवा को हर प्रशासनिक मण्डल से चुना जाए। इसका आधार आपकी वेबसाइट माईजीओवी भी हो सकती है।

All implementation will be execute by real experience d person.Govt should search such persons who are experienced as we'll as honest & dedicated committed in their life. From home makers to professional ,Kisan, Majdoor,Byaparee,&last but not least A janjati Pradhan who are silent sewak of JA L, jungle, jameen must represent the newly formed commity.

To include experts in such a way that more states and more areas of specialisation like agriculture,industry, medical and health, rural development, education and employment are covered. Also , the tenure of a member should not be more than 3 years so that new ideas keep coming .age bar should be placed . before putting implementation of any plan it should be placed open to the public for suggestion so that all suggestions are most effective before launch itself

To unite center state communication there must be a National Religion Platform-This will be entirely different from ones'own religion Dr RadhaKrishnan,Rabindranath,& Bapu were telling -'Rastradharam , Manav Dharm &Prarthsna Sabha repctivly were their views In All heads of Indian Religions should should participate in Center State Related matters for Implement action.In India we have got solid spiritual ground. Western people are logical

For our independence many freedom fighters have sacrificed many things even their lives we can give a tribute to them by erecting their statues with the tri colour with their basic information on every knook and corners of our divine country. THIS WILL BE OUR THANKS TO THEM THAT STILL AFTER THEIR DEATH WE REMEMBER THEM.
