I heard and read your Independence Day address to the nation and subsequent news reports about your views. All of them have been very inspiring and I see hope that you will be the Visionary Leader India needs at this important juncture for our nation. While I could talk about many striking points in your maiden Independence Day speech, at this moment I wish to share some thoughts about one aspect of your Vision. Contd.

first you have to think for whom you r working for? the only problem in our system that the people who make plans for us don't have any ground contact. thous the plane they make are mostly useless. govt think they are working for people, their plan will work for us& they think they have done a lot for us....

Planning comission of India can be replaced with NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY with the tagline DESH KA VIKAS HUM SABKA VIKAS.
The new organization must keep following points in mind to successfully carry out any plan:-
(i) There should be proper on ground study before making any scheme.
(ii) People should be involved as much as possible in any government plan.
(iii)Before executing any scheme in a full fledged way, it should be launched on a small scale and carefully monitered

New planning commission should not be a pasture of retired bureaucrats. Instead it should comprise of professionals/experts from various fields so that Bharat (India) should grow in all dimensions. the selection of these members should be done very rigorously from a committee consisting of various professionals, not just sarkari babus. JAI HIND. JAI BHARAT. JAI JAWAN.

PPCI - Planning and Performance Commission of India:
Planning should be done by involving all the state Govt. All task that are planned should be quantified i.e. target should be fixed in numbers with the time within which it should be achieved. Further the commitment from each and every state govt. should be obtained for achieving the target. Thus making even state govt. responsible for achievement. This will improve standard of governance at state level and leave no room for dirty politics.

New set up should be CONCEPT TO CO-MISSION catalytic service agency.
It should have a federal structure with office in every state to implement Central Government’s scheme – directly. It can assist state chief ministers also. It should be mission oriented like ISRO. It can co-opt experts regularly on project basis. It should have funds authority to release funds, monitor implementation, and gather feedback. Will be responsible for ideas & concepts of Corporations, municipalities, panchayats.

As planning commission has been abolished, CBI should also be. It is a big fat elephant which eats much do less. There are very few success stories for this organization. Shall this country bear such a heavy organization with such a poor track record? CBI pitiable condition has been seen in Arushi murder case (NOIDA), there are many more cases where CBI has no face. It is wastage of our hard earned money.
