Addressing his fellow Indians from the Red Fort on 15th August 2014 the Prime Minister called for replacing the Planning Commission with another Institution that is in sync with the modern times and most importantly in sync with the aspirations of 21st century India. The Prime Minister also emphasized on the important role the states have to play in taking the nation forward.

This forum invites your innovative ideas on what shape will this proposed institution take in terms of structure, composition and area of functioning. Another area of focus that requires your inputs is how this proposed institution can enhance Centre-State coordination and thus become a true celebration of India’s Federal Structure.

प्लांनिग कमीशन में हर राज्य के छोटे से छोटे गांव में केंद्र द्वारा संचालित योजना का लाभ किन किन को मिल रहा है इसकी जानकारी जरूर होना चाहिए प्लांनिग कमीशन की जिम्मेदारी होना चाहिए की प्रतेयक वह व्यक्ति जो योजना का लाभ उठा सके उस व्याक्ति तक योजना को पहुँचाने के लिए हर गांव में एक सदस्य नियुक्त किया जाये क्युकी आज भी कही ऎसे गांव है जहाँ केंद्र द्वारा संचालित योजनाओ की उन्हें जानकारी ही नहीं है

5=the work by MITRA system like SHIKSHA MITRA PANCHAYAT MITRA VIDYUT MITRA like so many others MANDAYS POSTS employies only concentrate to unite & earn so much from our democatic system by their UNIONS They are firstly less qualified & gives little outcome like lowering of quality education etc Instead of them government must PREFER work by PRIVIATE SECTORS on COMPETION BASIS

4= Goverment should do most of the construction works & policy implimentation at GRASROOTLEVEL through PRIVIATE SECTORS by TENDERS Government should only do SUPERVISION work only It will SPEED UP PROGRESS of our nation

3=RASEED must be made compulsory for BUSINOUSMAN & CUSTOMER both Punisment of at least 10000 should be made compulsary for both if businousman dont give a raseed & costomer dont take a raseed It will REDUCE BLACK MONEY PRODUCTION in our nation

Make a group that has three experts each from the following areas (1) Education (2) Infrastructure (3) Health (4) Defence (5) Environment (6) Business & Industry. Set certain criteria for selection of the member's like - each member has to be apolitical & must be the best minds in the world in their respective area of expertise. Pay each such expert member a handsome pay package of 1 to 2 crore per annum so that they do not have an incentive to become corrupt. Let them report directly to the PM

Planning commission faild due to lack of " oj , urja , lman aur kursi me pran"-- .I beg sorry for using such words because in few years we have planning & projects has been mother of Ghotala. So planning of govt-- big or small-- would be successful if--" Gram Shahar Ka Navnirman ,Bade - Chote Ho Ak Saman.Iman , Oj ,urja, Swabhiman YojanaoR Ki Howe Shan!!""

Balance education budget to suit indian needs.Build hygenic schools in villages. Dredging of rivers and integration.Improve power generation. Stop cash payments for agricuture and students, give only inputs. Create earning ability and no free food. Improve connectivity to towns and villages. Develop underground drainage in towns. Improve drinking water in villages. Stop politician defeated by public entering Rajya Sabha, Councils and public nominations till next election. Improve SS industries

The new set up should be made to look into the bare necessities first and then look into modernizing India and major projects. At least 50% of the plan resources be used for the bare necessities and make India really a country livable and balance 50% for development projects. Intigrate reverse and provide water. Ensure braindrain stops by providing proper employment to for IIT s . Improve village schools. Scrap reservations, provide only 20% to forward casts. detailed analysis can be given. RAO
