i think planning should not be the only objective of this institution there should be some regulatory function also given to this institution as one who plans should have the responsibility to execute it too.

2-Apply a vigilance cover over the MLA & MP of ruling parties unkhown to them in states where crime reached its upper limits like up
The raeson behind it is that nearly every person who is involved in antisocial activities must have cover of LOCAL MLA/MP of ruling party.& the point most imp is that HE meets & calls that MLA / MP at definite times
If a vigilance cover unknown to them is applied on them & call details evaluation one can very easily FIND them with proofs
This will providemoreresultsinlesstime

An Expert panel should replace the planning commission and it should be an atonomous body with greater independence. The inputs to this body should be from grass roots.Similar panels should be established in every state and inputs for these bodies should be from various local bodies with people participation.Plans should evolve from these local bodies to the state expert panel. The state expert panel should scrutinise these local body inputs and send it to central expert panel for final decision.

Honorable PM of India I have an idea to save lives during traffic jam
sir in our country there should be separate lane for ambulance, police car and fire brigade cars for the people to lead their life in ease.

A chapter in CPC termed as commercial litigation be added.Parties should have option to refer litigation between them under this chapter. The chapter should provide a separate procedure such as filing of pleadings in time, original documents and list of witnesses and evidence affidavit along with pleadings time bound acceptance or denial of documents with contents, heavy penalty for unwarranted adjournments, court fees on percentage of claim .Appeal only on payment of 50% awarded amount.

We have divided into various castes. Now time has come to finish this ancient system. This system is not only dividing us but also not good for unite bharat. I believe it is not easy to shut shop as thousands of culprits are earning money and votes by this system. But someone needs to take step. Modi Ji is strong leader and I believe, he can only take action. I request him, please, do something to save dignity of crores of people.
